O documento discute o bullying, definindo-o como um tratamento abusivo que envolve o uso da força ou coerção para afetar os outros, especialmente quando é habitual e envolve desequilíbrio de poder. Ele consiste em três tipos básicos de abuso: emocional, verbal e físico. A conclusão é que, em caso de sofrer bullying, a vítima deve conversar com um adulto de confiança, como pais ou professores.
