  1. I call myself a reluctant marketer. I grew up in Bangalore, and like a lot of indians in my generation, I figured studying engineering would give me access to the new jobs being created by software companies in India at that time. I studied computer science and engineering and I have always had a bent towards logic based problem solving, so it was a decent education -- and my first job out of school was working for Intel as a software programmer.
