This corporation is a nonprofit Public Benefit Corporation and is not organized for the private gain of any person. It is organized under the Nonprofit Public Benefit Corporation Law for public and charitable purposes. I B. The specific purposes of this corporation are to educate the public on subjects useful to individuals and beneficial to the community and educate and train individuals for the purpose of improving or developing their capabilities. III The name and address in the State of Califomia of this corporation’s initial agent for service of process is: I National Registered Agents Inc. IV The corporate address and mailing address of this corporation is: 361 Lytton Avenue, Suite 200 -Palo Alto, CA 94301 V A. This corporation is organized and operated exclusively for purposes set forth in Article II(a) hereof within the meaning of the Internal Revenue Code section 501(c)(3). B. No substantial part of the activities of this corporation shall consist of carrying on propaganda, or otherwise attempting to influence legislation and this corporation shall not participate or intervene in any political campaign (including the publishing or distribution of statements) on behalf on any candidate for public office. C. Notwithstanding any other provision of these articles, the corporation shall not carry on any other activities not permitted to be carried on (a) by a corporation/ organization- exempt from Federal income tax under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, - or the corresponding section of any future federal tax code, or (b) by a corporation/ organization, contributions to which are deductible under section 170(c)(2) of the Internal Revenue Code, or the corresponding section of any future federal tax code. ’ VI The property of this corporation is irrevocably dedicated to thelpurposes in Article II(a) hereof and no part of the net income or assets of this corporation shall ever inure to the benefit of any
