Step 1 - Idea Generation: The goal is to come up with 50 (or more ideas).
I should strive for generating a diverse range of ideas, from simple ones to others
that do not seem feasible.
Step 2 – Idea selection: Out of all ideas I generated, select three ideas according to
the following criteria:
i.The most practical idea (one that could be easily implemented)
ii.The most disruptive idea (one that would make a huge impact, regardless of how feasible or
affordable it is)
iii.My favorite idea (one idea that I´m excited about for whatever reason)
