Beth Galetti, MBA, is Senior Vice President of People, Experience, and Technology for Amazon. She leads a team that oversees the recruitment, growth, development, and support of more
than one million employees in 50 countries. Her mission is to build a workplace for Amazonians to invent on behalf of customers. Among her key accomplishments is the development of a
scientific and technology organization that includes hundreds of product managers, computer scientists, machine learning/artificial intelligence specialists and other experts who are
creating world-class, intuitive HR products designed to continually improve the candidate and employee experience. Ms. Galetti joined Amazon as Vice President for Worldwide Operations
and Customer Service HR in 2013.
Prior to Amazon, Ms. Galetti worked in the transportation industry for nearly two decades, holding senior technology and operations positions across FedEx Express and FedEx Services. She
began her career at FedEx as a software developer, and moved into leadership roles for the company’s package tracking and international systems. She spent the latter half of her career at
FedEx outside of the US, initially as the Chief Information Officer for Latin America and Canada from 2005 – 2007. She then moved to Brussels, Belgium as the Chief Information Officer for
Europe, Middle East, Africa and India from 2007 – 2010, and then transitioned into a role responsible for the company’s airline and ground engineering and operations across Europe, Middle
East, Africa and India as the company’s Vice President of Planning, Engineering, and Operations. Ms. Galetti is a board member of the healthcare partnership between Amazon, JPMorgan
and Berkshire Hathaway, an alliance founded in 2018 to innovate and discover new ways to address healthcare for the companies’ U.S. employees, with the aim of improving employee
satisfaction while reducing costs.
She earned her Bachelor of Science in electrical engineering from Lehigh University, and her M.B.A. from Colorado Technical University. She supports many non-profits affecting children and
healthcare, including volunteering with the Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) in Colorado Springs, CO, Ronald McDonald House in Seattle, WA, and Junior Achievement. Beth and
her husband live in Seattle, and enjoy spending time traveling with their two daughters. Ms. Galetti is Chair of PATH’s Board of Directors since January 2022. She also serves as Chair of the

Nancy Flores is Executive Vice President & Chief Information and Technology Officer for McKesson Corporation.
In this role, Flores is responsible for the company’s technology initiatives including software, infrastructure, application development tools and processes, operations, and
cybersecurity. She plays a critical role in accelerating McKesson’s enterprise strategy by guiding the company’s healthcare technology products and data and analytics
capabilities.
Prior to McKesson, Flores served as CIO at Johnson Controls (JCI) where she was responsible for information technology, cybersecurity and analytics. Previously, she spent
22 years at Abbott in several IT leadership roles and led the back office services organization through an extensive transformation.
The Greater Milwaukee Women’s Fund recognized Flores as a 2019 Futurist Leader for her strong commitment to diversity and inclusion. She also serves on the boards of
the Dallas Regional Chamber, Comerica Bank, Element Analytics and the Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin. Nancy is also a member of the CIO Strategy Exchange (CIOSE),
which is a selective program for chief information officers from forward-looking companies. In 2022, Nancy was named CIO/CTO of the year by D Magazine.
Flores earned bachelor’s degrees in Mathematics and Computer Information Systems from Regis University in Denver, Colorado and a master’s degree in Mathematics
from the Colorado School of Mines in Golden, Colorado.

Linda DuCharme joined Exxon Company U.S.A. in 1986 in the Offshore Facilities Design organization after graduating from Auburn University with a B.S. in
Chemical Engineering. After various offshore engineering assignments, she transferred to the Gas Company in 1997. In 2001, Ms. DuCharme moved to
London with ExxonMobil Gas & Power Marketing where she held positions of UK Joint Venture Manager, Manager of Europe Gas Supply, and Manager of
Natural Gas Liquids and Infrastructure in Europe. In 2006, Ms. DuCharme returned to Houston as Manager of Global Business Planning and Analysis. In
2009, she was named Vice President Asia Pacific, Africa and Power. In 2011, Ms. DuCharme returned to London as Director, Europe, Russia and Caspian for
ExxonMobil International Limited. In 2015, Ms. DuCharme assumed the role of Vice President of Americas, Africa and Asia Pacific New Markets. She is
currently located in Houston and is responsible for Marketing of ExxonMobil’s natural gas, natural gas liquids and power in the Americas, Africa and new

as well as Hiltons Reservation and Customer Care Centers. Prior to Hilton, Eder served as Chief Card Customer Experience Officer for Capital One Financial

An active community leader, Eder was awarded the YWCA Silicon Valley Women & Industry Award for her significant contributions to business and the
region. She is also an Independent Director for Ameren Corporation in St. Louis.

Lori Beer is the Global Chief Information Officer (CIO) of JPMorgan Chase & Co. and a member of the company's Operating Committee, responsible for the firm's
technology systems and infrastructure worldwide. Beer manages a $14 billion budget and over 55,000 technologists supporting JPMorgan Chase's retail, wholesale and
asset and wealth management businesses. She also serves as the co-sponsor of the firm's Access Ability Business Resource Group.
Beer joined the firm in 2014 and was most recently the Chief Information Officer for the Corporate & Investment Bank (CIB). Prior to joining the firm, she was Executive
Vice President of Specialty Businesses and Information Technology for WellPoint, Inc., responsible for a $10 billion business unit which included WellPoint's Specialty
Products.
Beer is a member of the Teach for America New York Advisory Board. She's also a member of the University of Cincinnati's Lindner College of Business Advisory Council
and the University of Cincinnati Foundation Board of Trustees. She has endowed scholarships at the University of Cincinnati where she holds a Doctor of Commercial
Science, honoris causa and the University of Dayton where she holds an honorary doctorate of science, to help increase diversity in STEM careers.

Eimear Bonner, 48, is vice president and chief technology officer for Chevron Corporation, positions she assumed in 2021. She also serves as president of the
Chevron Technical Center, which provides expertise to drive the application of technology, initiatives to transform Chevron’s digital future and innovative
breakthrough technology to support the future of energy.
Previously Bonner served as general director of Chevron’s largest joint venture, Tengizchevroil (TCO), in Kazakhstan since 2018. Prior to that, she served as TCO
general manager of operations.
As general director, Bonner led the TCO organization and was responsible for ensuring strong business performance, advancing a major expansion project,
managing relationships with stakeholders in the Kazakhstan government, partner companies and the communities, and leading TCO’s organization
transformation.
Bonner’s previous leadership roles include deputy managing director of Chevron’s Eurasia Business Unit, based in Almaty, where she managed Chevron’s
non-operated interests in Kazakhstan and Azerbaijan; asset manager in Chevron Thailand, where she was responsible for asset development, operations, and
technical support for multiple offshore assets; and general manager of Corporate Strategy.
Bonner began her career as an offshore petroleum engineer in the United Kingdom. Over her 23-year career with Chevron, she has held numerous leadership and
engineering positions in the United Kingdom, Thailand, Kazakhstan and the United States.
Eimear received her bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Queen’s University Belfast, and her master’s degrees in Advanced Chemical Engineering and
Petroleum Engineering from Imperial College, London.

new products and capabilities that provide Dell with an unrivaled competitive edge.
Most recently, Jen was a senior vice president in the Office of the CIO, leading corporate supply chain, IT strategy and business
operations. Prior to that role, Jen dramatically improved the order experience for businesses throughout Dell and held several
global business architecture, supply chain and factory operations roles. Before joining Dell, she held a variety of engineering and
leadership roles at Boeing, Parametric Technology Corporation (PTC), and successful software startups.
Jen has a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from MIT and is an alumnus of the Leaders for Global
Operations Program at MIT, where she earned her MBA and an MS in Computer Science.

Nancy Anderson is Vice President & Chief Information Officer (CIO) at GE. She leads the company’s Digital Technology (DT) organization

this, Nancy served as CIO for GE Power from 2017 to 2020, helping the business navigate through some of its toughest challenges,
including simplifying the systems environment and improving business processes.
Prior to Power, Nancy spent much of her career in GE Transportation. She held numerous positions of increasing authority – both within
information technology and the business – and was named CIO of GE Transportation in 2006.
Nancy received her MBA from Penn State University and her undergraduate degree in Accounting from Alfred University. Nancy is an
alumni fellow for Penn State University and served as the GE Executive for many years. She is a Champion for the GE Power Women’s
Network, sits on the GE Corporate Advisory for the Women’s Network and championed GE Girls in Erie, PA – a focus on inspiring middle
school girls in STEM.

Kathryn Guarini is IBM’s Chief Information Officer (CIO). She leads a global team of nearly 12,000 employees whose mission is to deliver the future of IT to
propel IBM’s success and growth. The CIO organization operates as a centralized shared service, enabling IBM’s transformation to a hybrid cloud and
enterprise AI company.
Prior to being named IBM CIO, Kathryn was the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of IBM Research and Vice President for Impact Science. As COO, she led the
IBM Research transformation to increase impact, extend technical eminence, and improve the operational efficiency of the division. This included
responsibility for IBM’s annual Global Technology Outlook. In Impact Science, her team applied deep technical expertise to the most pressing global
challenges facing society while advancing the underlying science. Specifically, Kathryn drove the global Research agenda around the Future of Climate,
Health, and Work; Tech for Racial and Social Justice; and the Governance of Science and Technology.
Kathryn is passionate about leading teams, driving innovation, and delivering high-value solutions that meet the ever-changing needs of IT customers.
Kathryn has held various leadership positions in research, development, and business. She began her career as a technical contributor at IBM Research,
incubating cutting-edge science and technology innovations. She went on to lead global teams driving semiconductor, microprocessor, and systems
development. Kathryn then took on product management responsibility for IBM Z and LinuxONE, including strategy, delivery, and go-to-market for
platform growth initiatives.
Kathryn is a member of the IBM Acceleration Team, IBM Technology Team, IBM Cybersecurity Advisory Committee, IBM Privacy Advisory Committee,

Yvonne Hodge is the senior vice president and corporate chief information officer of Enterprise Business & Digital Transformation at Lockheed
Martin. Hodge is responsible for developing strategies and implementing integrated, cross-functional solutions that transform operations
through technology, culture, and processes to deliver business-based outcomes. She leads the corporation’s Digital Transformation and
Enterprise Information Technology teams, and the office of the Chief Data and Analytics Officer - comprising more than 5,200 professionals
worldwide.
During her 18 years with Lockheed Martin, Hodge has held several positions, including vice president of Business Innovation, Transformation,
and Enterprise Excellence of Space; vice president of Information Technology for Space; vice president of Technical Operations for Enterprise
Business Services; CIO & vice president for Electronic Systems; and vice president of Mission Success & Information Technology for Maritime
Systems and Sensors.
Prior to joining Lockheed Martin in 2002, Yvonne served many outstanding years at AT&T in various managerial and executive positions,
including vice president of operations for business customers.
Hodge holds a Bachelor of Science degree in mathematics, cum laude from Montclair State University, NJ. She also holds a number of awards
including the 2012 Black Engineer of the Year Award – special recognition for career achievement. She is a champion for science, technology,

Diane Jurgens is Executive Vice President, Enterprise Technology and Chief Information Officer, The Walt Disney Company. She oversees
Disney’s global Enterprise Technology organization, which includes enterprise business systems, infrastructure, workforce enablement, and
enterprise resilience engineering. Ms. Jurgens is also responsible for the planning, prioritization, implementation and operations of Disney IT
systems and infrastructure across the Company in support of corporate business operations, ensuring both their strategic relevance and
operational effectiveness.
Prior to joining Disney in October 2020, Ms. Jurgens served as Chief Technology Officer for BHP, a multinational mining, metals, and
petroleum company. In that role, Ms. Jurgens was responsible for leading capital program delivery, technology operations, cyber security, data
privacy, digital strategy, and research and development.
A career technologist and leader, Ms. Jurgens has held numerous senior executive positions across a variety of industries including President
and Managing Director of Shanghai OnStar Telematics Company, Vice President and Chief Information Officer for General Motors’
international operations, and as an executive at The Boeing Company.
Ms. Jurgens holds an MBA from Seattle University, as well as both an M.S. and B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of
Washington.

Kristy Folkwein is senior vice president and chief information officer for ADM and a member of the company’s Executive

She leads a team that oversees the recruitment, growth, development, and support of more than one million employees in 50 countries. Her mission is to build a workplace for Amazonians to invent on behalf of customers. Among her key accomplishments is the development of a scientific and technology organization that includes hundreds of product managers, computer scientists, machine learning/artificial intelligence specialists and other experts who are creating world-class, intuitive HR products designed to continually improve the candidate and employee experience. Ms. Galetti joined Amazon as Vice President for Worldwide Operations and Customer Service HR in 2013. Prior to Amazon, Ms. Galetti worked in the transportation industry for nearly two decades, holding senior technology and operations positions across FedEx Express and FedEx Services. She began her career at FedEx as a software developer, and moved into leadership roles for the company’s package tracking and international systems. She spent the latter half of her career at FedEx outside of the US, initially as the Chief Information Officer for Latin America and Canada from 2005 – 2007. She then moved to Brussels, Belgium as the Chief Information Officer for Europe, Middle East, Africa and India from 2007 – 2010, and then transitioned into a role responsible for the company’s airline and ground engineering and operations across Europe, Middle East, Africa and India as the company’s Vice President of Planning, Engineering, and Operations. Ms. Galetti is a board member of the healthcare partnership between Amazon, JPMorgan and Berkshire Hathaway, an alliance founded in 2018 to innovate and discover new ways to address healthcare for the companies’ U.S. employees, with the aim of improving employee satisfaction while reducing costs. She earned her Bachelor of Science in electrical engineering from Lehigh University, and her M.B.A. from Colorado Technical University. She supports many non-profits affecting children and healthcare, including volunteering with the Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) in Colorado Springs, CO, Ronald McDonald House in Seattle, WA, and Junior Achievement. Beth and her husband live in Seattle, and enjoy spending time traveling with their two daughters. Ms. Galetti is Chair of PATH’s Board of Directors since January 2022. Previously, she spent 22 years at Abbott in several IT leadership roles and led the back office services organization through an extensive transformation. The Greater Milwaukee Women’s Fund recognized Flores as a 2019 Futurist Leader for her strong commitment to diversity and inclusion. In 2015, Ms. DuCharme assumed the role of Vice President of Americas, Africa and Asia Pacific New Markets. Prior to joining the firm, she was Executive Vice President of Specialty Businesses and Information Technology for WellPoint, Inc., responsible for a $10 billion business unit which included WellPoint's Specialty Products. Beer is a member of the Teach for America New York Advisory Board. She's also a member of the University of Cincinnati's Lindner College of Business Advisory Council and the University of Cincinnati Foundation Board of Trustees. She also serves as president of the Chevron Technical Center, which provides expertise to drive the application of technology, initiatives to transform Chevron’s digital future and innovative breakthrough technology to support the future of energy. Previously Bonner served as general director of Chevron’s largest joint venture, Tengizchevroil (TCO), in Kazakhstan since 2018. Prior to that, she served as TCO general manager of operations. As general director, Bonner led the TCO organization and was responsible for ensuring strong business performance, advancing a major expansion project, managing relationships with stakeholders in the Kazakhstan government, partner companies and the communities, and leading TCO’s organization transformation. Bonner’s previous leadership roles include deputy managing director of Chevron’s Eurasia Business Unit, based in Almaty, where she managed Chevron’s non-operated interests in Kazakhstan and Azerbaijan; asset manager in Chevron Thailand, where she was responsible for asset development, operations, and technical support for multiple offshore assets; and general manager of Corporate Strategy. Bonner began her career as an offshore petroleum engineer in the United Kingdom. Over her 23-year career with Chevron, she has held numerous leadership and engineering positions in the United Kingdom, Thailand, Kazakhstan and the United States. Prior to Power, Nancy spent much of her career in GE Transportation. Prior to being named IBM CIO, Kathryn was the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of IBM Research and Vice President for Impact Science. As COO, she led the IBM Research transformation to increase impact, extend technical eminence, and improve the operational efficiency of the division. This included responsibility for IBM’s annual Global Technology Outlook.
