The document describes the steps taken to migrate data from a MS SQL database to a MySQL database using MySQL Workbench. It selects the source MS SQL database and connects to it, then selects the target MySQL database called Northwind. It allows selecting which tables to migrate and generates a script to copy the data from the source to the target database. The results show that 11 out of 13 tables were fully migrated, with the Employees and Categories tables failing to copy any rows.
