When Should Young People Be Allowed To Lower The Age Of...
When does someone become an adult. Is it at a certain age or certain level of maturity? A person
should be considered an adult when they mature. And by mature i mean he/she reasons better, makes
better choices, knows the consequences for making bad decisions, and are able to stand on their own.
Standing on their own is a big factor in being an adult because that s when u are able to support
yourself and not depend on parents financially and emotionally. And being able to do that and
supporting yourself means you don t need others which i believe makes a person an adult. Reasoning
better is also a sign of adulthood. Because most teenagers aren t able to reason as good as most older
people which leads to making the wrong decision which can lead to trouble. And at the age of 18 the
brain still isn t fully developed which makes people not responsible yet. In the (Greenblatt article

depth of their responsibilities . That s why at 18 people aren t allowed to rent ... Show more content on

Why Some UK Companies are Reluctant to Invest in Training...
Explain why some UK companies are reluctant to invest in training and development. Do you
consider these reasons to be valid?
The rapid development of technology and in other areas have led companies ability to replicate
products more easily, and the rapidly expansion of the service sector has led the nature of consumers
to demand high quality at the lowest prices. Both of these highlight the importance of gaining the
competitive advantage through the labour force. A method through which a company could obtain this
edge, is through training and development of their various skills. Its implementation and management
concerns many concepts, esoteric and thus hard to emulate. Training and development can have many
benefits ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
Training was also seen to enhance job motivation under certain conditions: there was a practical use to
the training and this had been clearly depicted to them (Heyes, Stuart).
Alternatives to T D are to poach employees from other rivals, or acquire employees through the
expensive recruitment and selection process who has the requisite skills required premium must be
paid.
The former is a large barrier to the T D initiative as the benefits accrue to the company and the
employee. The rival can potentially poach your trained employees. This is known as the Prisoner s
Dilemma, due to which many companies in the UK do not invest in human resource development
(Sisson, Storey). The use of temporary or outsourced employees will not only be harder to train as
they may deemed unworthy of investment due to their movement ability, they may be not able to
provide the high quality service. Though companies outsourcing their call centres seem to be
providing them the necessary service. But these operators in India cannot replicate the highly
customer orientated service that British call centres can provide i.e. speaking to Yorkshire people in
their own dialects this would require training. Employees are going to become trained whether the
initiative is taken or not as with time they will gain tacit knowledge and they will pick things up by
sitting next to Nellie over time. This is very inefficient, and a focused

Reflective Essay On Education
God, the Ruler and Creator of every finite and infinite existence in the universe, has called me to a life
of love, servitude, and fellowship with other Christians. However, at my age, my walk with Christ is
no longer conjoined with decisions made by my parents. The decision of college is entirely mine to
make with the benevolent and ever wise guidance of Christ. By no means is this an easy task, but one
ideal has been forthright in my heart my education must be Christ centered. My walk with faith began
at a young age, hailing from a humble farming community with multiple Baptist ministers and Sunday
School teachers in my immediate family. I accepted Christ at age six, but only more recently have I
focused on my faith and spiritual growth. As I reached high school and (briefly) considered more
liberal yet high standing colleges, I realized with increasing certainty that I was called to a higher
standard a Christ centered education. Several Christian colleges have reached out to me, but Union
remains my foremost favorite, in spite of the price tag. Union s core values have impressed me
boundlessly, with all aspects of learning between God, professor, student, university, and the
community, as well as the present and future being addressed. At Union, I am assured that I will be
pushed to the limits and establish new ones for excellence, not settle for good enough. Such drive
mirrors my current efforts in high school, not to mention excites me for a new challenge.

Equifax Data Breach Analysis
An analysis of the Equifax data breach Introduction A recent increase in large scale data breaches has
exposed a multitude of cybersecurity vulnerabilities that pose a definite risk to consumers (Lorio,
2017). In some cases, a data breach can distress an establishment so much that other organizations
experience a backlash from the repercussions (Kosseff, 2011). The Equifax data breach of 2017 is a
perfect example of this kind of event as it caused an overwhelming economic repercussion that
affected other major corporations and more than 143 million credit card customers worldwide

Ethnographic Research On Human Behavior
Introduction
Creswell (2007) describes ethnography as a qualitative design in which the researcher describes and
interprets the shared and learned patterns of values (p. 68). Ethnographic research provides a study on
individuals in their own environment. Throughout the research, researchers attempt to answer
questions in regards to human behavior. According to Schwartzman (1993), Ethnography is used for
research involving cultural sharing, and is linked to the use of anthropology as a way to view modern
organization (p. 3). The researchers examine individuals from the inside in order to gain a better
understanding of their actions. One of the keywords in ethnographic research is culture. Culture is the
focal point of ethnographic research. As stated by Van Maanen (Merriam, 2002), the result of
ethnographic inquiry is cultural description (p, 237). This involves the researcher conducting
extensive time to the research.
According to Merriam (2002), methods of Ethnographic research include interviews, observations,
and archival research. Through these methods, researchers are able to gather information on the shared
activities and patterns of individuals (Creswell, 2007). Several procedures are necessary in order to
conduct ethnographic research. The problem must be stated, a phenomenon of interest to study,
gaining access, collecting data, phenomenological data analysis, gathering themes, and compiling the
research information (Creswell, 2007).

Rosetta Stone Analysis
The Rosetta Stone has a long and complex history. The knowledge inscribed on the stone itself offers
a glimpse of life in Egypt under the Pharaoh Ptolemy V. Though Egypt had lost part of its former
identity as a power, and instead acted as a Roman client state, Egypt still acted as its own separate
entity. The Rosetta Stone offers a major look into Egypt as a center of trade, religion and culture. The
Rosetta Stone not only stands as a testament to the relationship between Egypt and its people, but also
to the rulers who had come before. The Rosetta Stone helps to show what the pharaohs of the
Ptolemaic Dynasty had intended for their legacy, the betterment of the way of life of the people.
Before Egypt was ruled over by Rome, it was a major religious and political center. The Pharaohs
ruled over Egypt was a strong fist, and acted benevolently towards their people, as they were seen as
protectors of the natural order. This is due to the fact that Egyptian politics is intertwined with
religion. Egyptian religion was much more complex than any other belief system in the surrounding
area. This is due to the idea that separate interpretations of religion do not contradict each other, but
instead are both accepted equally among members of the society. The Pharaoh was not only seen as
the protector of the natural order, but as the ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...

Weaknesses Of A Project
Weaknesses: There were also two key weaknesses to my project that I wish I could have remedied at
some point throughout the project. The first was that my project is focused on something that makes it
difficult to see the direct impact or to quantify. When evaluating the project I had to rely on teacher
feedback and will have to wait to see about standardized testing data for those that attended my
sessions and tried their own small groups. This means that the results take a while to show up and that
directly linking a student s standardized testing score to small group or conferring would be extremely
difficult to do. Thus, it is not a project that will stand out as one that causes large gains in student
achievement only because it is nearly impossible to gather the data that proves the correlation due to
the number of variables. ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...

This is something I discussed with my instructional coach as a possibility for next year s professional
development days that are built in throughout our school year. She mentioned that in a survey the
instructional coaches recently did that she noticed a similar trend that teachers wanted more time to
work with creating instructional tools. By focusing on the tools used in small groups it would allow
this project to continue into next year and would continue to help foster student growth and
independence. It would also help teachers to find time to create the tools necessary to feel confident
going into a small group and would hopefully ensure collaboration across teachers, grade levels, or
even the district because if this work was done during a professional development day then there
would be more opportunity to share the workload and to bring together minds to create the best tools

Police Officer Analysis
These two aforementioned events compels me, as a concerned citizen and veteran, to reassess the
standards and the roles of our contemporary policing agencies as well as individual law enforcement
officers. I believe that by changing the people who are police as well as increasing diversity and
officer education would be an effective strategy when dealing with social issues and law enforcement.
For instance, when it comes to excessive use of force, discrimination and the like. In regards to the
two incidents that involved excessive use of police force, responses to the assault on both King and
Garner have varied among the police, the public, and academic circles. Since law enforcement officers
are human it is quite possible that individual officers within a department are merely microcosms of
society. In other words, this sub culture within the policing culture, abbreviates in miniature the
characteristic qualities or features of something much larger (i.e. society, clubs, and groups,).
Moreover, if a police recruit ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...

As we know, the face of America is changing and along with it the role of the contemporary officer is
expanding beyond a crime fighter . In a well known article, Carl B. Klockars, professor of criminal
justice at the University of Delaware, wrote, the troublesome issue in the Dirty Harry problem, as
stated by Klockers, is not whether a right choice can be made, but that the choice must always be
between two wrongs. And in choosing to do the either wrong, the police officer inevitably taints or

Impact Of Social Media On Tourism
Introduction
Either tourists are searching a flight deal or seeking a hotel for evening accommodation, today, they
are checking out online reviews before making decision. Thus it s no surprise that tourism providers
are keen to post fake ratings on travel websites. Some are even willing to pay for the inauthentic
testimonials to catch people s fancy and preference. As one of the hottest issue in tourism industry,
tourism review manipulation on social media are becoming an increasingly serious concern among
tourists. Especially, the operator and supplier have the ability to manipulate the review and rate
without the appearance of manipulation. Even worse, the issue has generated some ripple effects
rapidly and jeopardise both travellers and tourism providers. Therefore, the essay is going to provide
an overview of this contemporary issue and the current situation, and further illustrate the relevance
between this and other contemporary problems like credit crisis in social media and review sites.
Furthermore, through researching and analysing a number of real life examples, it will reveal the
primary causes behind the issue. More importantly, the essay dedicates to find effective solutions to
stop the problem and its influences from getting worse after conducting a comprehensive analysis.
Last but not least, an integrated conclusion regarding the significant arguments and reflection of the
contemporary issue, as well as the implications for the future review website will

Summary Of The Canterbury Tales By Geoffrey Chaucer
Geoffrey Chaucer wrote The Canterbury Tales, a collection of short tales in the 14th century. The
compilation of stories is told by pilgrims on the journey within the narrative as part of a game
proposed by the host. Each individual must tell two stories of their journey. My favorite pilgrim was
the Franklin. The Franklin was a gentry landowner, member of the nobility, who had extensive
holdings. He belonged to the middle class and was a man of leisure. Chaucer described him as White
as a daisy petal was his beard. A sanguine man, high colored and benign (line 342 343). The Franklin
sported a white beard and carried a dagger and a white silk purse. He had a cheerful personality and
was confident. His only reason to be on this pilgrimage was to enjoy himself. The Franklin was
traveling with the Man of Law. According to Chaucer he He loved a morning sop of cake in wine. He
lived for pleasure and had always done ( line 344). I think that Chaucer had a good opinion of the
Franklin. The way that Chaucer describes the Franklin makes the reader think that Chaucer likes him.
He says that The Franklin is calm, strong and an overall a cheerful guy. Chaucer also proves that he
thinks highly of the Franklin by saying, He was a model among landed gentry (line 369 370). He lives
to please others and has a house full of food. The Franklin, according to Chaucer, had an overall great
sense of hospitality. The Franklin s deadly sin was gluttony. He liked to overindulge himself

Taking a Look at Addison s Disease
Autoimmune diseases are very common. There are over 23.5 million Americans who suffer from such
diseases. Women of child bearing age and people with a family history of autoimmune diseases are
more likely to be affected by these diseases. Addison s can also occur in dogs. This type of disease is
one that is caused by the attack of healthy cells and tissue. The immune system can t tell the difference
between the healthy tissue and the bad one and it attacks the normal one creating an autoimmune
disorder. Autoimmune disorders can destroy body tissue, change the function of an organ, or cause
abnormal growth in an organ. Parts of the body that are usually affected by these disorders are joints,
muscles, blood vessels, endocrine glands, or other organs. There is a wide variety of autoimmune
diseases. More than 80 kinds of diseases have been discovered.
One common autoimmune disease is Addison s disease. Addison s occurs when your body creates
antibodies which attach onto your adrenal cortex and destroys the cells which create cortisol, and
aldosterone. This may not seem to be a big deal but, it is life threatening. Cortisol is a hormone which
responds to stress, increases blood sugar, and suppresses the immune system. . It also helps regulate
the metabolism. When there is a lack of cortisol you can have symptoms such as diarrhea, inability to
handle stress, vomiting, loss of appetite, and much more. Aldosterone works with blood pressure, and
helps regulate the salt and water

An Examination Into The Respective Proofs Of St. Aquinas
An Examination into the Respective Proofs of St. Anselm and St. Aquinas During the Medieval
Period, philosophers shifted their focus primarily to proving the existence of God, as well as other
religious tenets. Two Saints of the Catholic Church, St. Anselm and St. Thomas Aquinas, developed
their own respective proofs for the existence of God. These proofs have gained fame over the
subsequent centuries and still face debate and comparison today. Although both St. Anselm and St.
Thomas Aquinas offer proofs for the existence of God, the proofs differ drastically due to the distinct
argumentative methods utilized by each author, as well as the differing overall strengths and
weaknesses each proof yields. To begin comparing the proofs, one must first state them. St. Anselm s
proof is most clearly described by defining God as that than which no greater can be conceived
(Melchert, 260). With this definition in mind, one can contemplate St. Augustine s Great Chain of
Being and realize that existence gives something more being, or more greatness, than non existence
(Melchert, 261). It follows, then, that we grasp an idea of God, which would be greater if it actually
existed, therefore it (our idea of God) exists. Anselm s definition of God and Augustine s theory of the
Great Chain of Being are the only requirements for Anselm s proof of the existence of God to work.
St. Thomas Aquinas actually posits five separate proofs, but due to length constraints, this paper will

Guilt In Art Spiegelman s Maus
Being Jewish during the Holocaust must be terrifying. Overcoming all odds of being put into a ghetto
guarded by a Gestapo and being transferred into a concentration camp to be put into intense labor is
pure luck, but not for Vladek Spiegelman. In Art Spiegelman s Graphic Novel Maus, a comic book not
only about Vladek s first hand experience through the Holocaust but also a relationship of a father and
son. This relationship is an important narrative all through Maus, and this influences the feeling of
guilt. Two different kinds of guilt are presented in this book: a familial guilt, and the survivor s guilt.
In Maus, a specific relevance is a familial guilt that connects to the family. Artie s feeling of not being
a son to his father, which feeling guilty happens throughout in the book. In the first couple of chapters
of Maus: My Father Bleeds History, we see that Vladek and Artie don t get along. They both live close
together, yet they don t visit each other. When they speak to one another, their tone sound like an
argument is about to break out. Arguments is an often occurrence, for instance, Artie s cigarette ashes

My Life Change Essay
Your life can change so much in such little time. It can change in either a good way or a bad way. For
me personally it changed in a great way. So many aspects of my life have changed in the past year.
One of the aspects that changed was my education. I used to go to Miami Dade college but was not
that passionate about my major, so i would go to classes really late or not even show up at all. I was
kinda lost and i picked a major that i really didnt wanna do. Now ive picked a major that im really
excited. I enrolled into Keiser University and im doing really good in school right now. Another way
my life changed i met the girl of my dreams. I am really in love with her and she makes my life so
much better. Ive never had so much fun with someone but she makes me the happiest. The last thing
that has changed in my life was my job. I used to work at a resteraunt where i only got paid $8.50 and
i did so much work compared to the job now that i make $9.50 and dont do as much work. I also enjoy
it much more. My life is the greatest it has ever been.
Education i think is one of the most important things someone can get. Without education in this
world i feel like it is really hard to get a good paying job. My life before i would barely wanna go to
school because i hated the education and the major i picked. I only went to school because of my
mom. I only worked because i would rather make money. One day it hit me i didnt wanna work at a

facts to the world in late 2013. The NSA was formed in the 1950 s, and during this time frame the
NSA disseminated intelligence information from electronic signals for foreign and counter intelligence
purposes, which supported the American military needs. Currently the NSA has refocused their spying
tactics to technology driven devices. The NSA has an extensive telephone metadata program, since
2001, and they collect phone records of virtually all Americans (Lizza, 2013). Email and Social

The Economic Impacts Of Gmo s And Large Agribusiness

The Economic Impacts of GMO s and Large Agribusiness
When focusing on a major topic like genetically modified organisms from an economic standpoint, it
is crucial to cover the varying effects of large agribusiness companies that run the biotechnological
field, primarily Monsanto. Monsanto, originally founded as a chemical company, has risen to hold a
biotechnical science monopoly. While a monopoly is never a good thing, the issues with Monsanto are
much larger than that. How exactly do Monsanto and its fellow biotechnology companies cause
damage to everything they interfere with? From the death, destruction, and deformation of Vietnam to
financial damage to local farmers, from the dangerous chemicals placed in their crops to the false
advertising of their company, Monsanto and its cohorts may be the root of all problems and negative
aspects related to genetically modified organisms. Monsanto and many other large agribusiness
companies claim to be solving world hunger. This is a false advertisement. Only about 20% of global
food production comes from large factory farms, while the other 80% comes from from small, local
farms (Scott Cooney, The Inspired Economist). Many important crops are not even fully dedicated to
feeding anyone, they go to making other products. For example only 2% of GMO soy is actually eaten
by people and only 10% of GMO corn goes towards foods, with half of that being in high

Stanislavski Set Affects The Actor
The second part of this essay looks at how the set affects the actor. Something that is very prevalent in
almost all of the pictures we see of Stanislavski on stage is his almost cluttered looking stage. Being a
fan and believer of Naturalism his goal would be to bring the audience and even the actors into this
world he d created. Having a fully immersive set yields positive and negative effects for the actors.
The positive for this is as I stated earlier a full sense of immersion. Should the set looks and feels
exactly as it should be then then less imagination is required from the actor. They can effortlessly
work with their surroundings and focus all energy into their character. If all of these pieces come
together the actor can receive

Disadvantages Of Pricing Strategy
Price strategy refers to the enterprise through the estimation of customer demand and cost analysis,
choose a can attract customers, to achieve the marketing mix of strategies.
A good pricing strategy can help you determine the price point that maximizes your profit when you
sell your product or service. Although the customer does not buy goods that are too expensive, if the
store s commodity price is too low to bear all the commercial costs, then it will bring a loss.
Pricing strategy, a very critical component of the marketing mix. Price is usually an important factor
affecting the success of the transaction, but also the most difficult to determine the marketing mix of
factors. The goal of enterprise pricing is to promote sales and profit. This requires enterprises to
consider both the cost of compensation, but also to consider the ability of consumers to accept the
price, so that the pricing strategy has a bidirectional decision making characteristics of buyers and

What Makes A Wearable Health Technology Product That Our...
Being part of the extremely competitive and constantly evolving textiles, apparel luxury goods
industry requires us to constantly strive to be innovative. We must frequently analyze the market, its
trends, and all relevant information that can inform us of opportunities and threats that apply to our
industry (Textiles, Apparel Luxury Goods). This is especially important for us now as we have lost the
trust of many of our customers and our financial health is currently ranked as negative by several
reviewers such as the S P Capital IQ Quantitative Stock Report. Lululemon s previous leaders decision
to compromise quality and the numerous public disagreements surrounding how the company should
be run have led to confusion among our stakeholders and consumers. Recent management changes
have caused a further loss of trust amongst our customers. It is imperative that we better our financial
health and improve our customers perception of our company within the next year. To help achieve
both these objectives, our next big move should be to introduce a wearable health technology product
that our consumers can use to monitor their health and track improvements in their fitness. Two
factors are central to this proposal: (1) we understand that the climate of our market and industry is
extremely competitive and it is vitally important for us to stand out by introducing an innovative and
highly desirable product and (2) there currently is a significant trend surrounding the use

What comes to mind when you here the term Third World ? Most of the people in the United States

GDP includes goods and services that do not include a countries economic wealth and, on the other
hand, excludes things that do. According to paecon.net, GDP excludes three main categories. The first
category that has been excluded by GDP is household production. Statistics say that most people
spend more than 17% more time doing domestic work than paid work. That means that most of the
people in these developing countries are too busy doing work around the house. That includes
activities such as house cleaning, cooking, and caring for their children. Are we to say that because
these people spend more time caring for their families they are to be penalized for it with a decrease in
GDP? Another problem associated with GDP is the amount of voluntary work that may occur in a
country. What was once done by a paid professional and accounted for in GDP, could have now been
done voluntarily. Therefore, societies with widespread voluntary work may will have a lower GDP but
have a good economic well being. Another big form of income that is overlooked by GDP is the
informal economy within these developing countries. Informal economy includes any direct sale
activities such as odd jobs, street trading, and most of all the black market. This selling of goods and
services often goes untaxed and unrecorded therefore is not included into a countries GDP. Overall
GDP overlooks many forms of income, which can result in a

Ephesians 3
During the first week the class was divided into eight small groups. Each group was given the task to
collectively agree on a common definition on the gospel founded in the Bible. During that time
students including myself had to compromise and possible argue their point. As I reflect on the
experience of working in a group to provide a working definition for the gospel three things stand out
persuasion, pressure, and practice. Persuasion from outside influences mainly NT Wright s book. In
my group one of the members was quickly persuaded by Wright i.e. The gospel is news not advise. As
christians I think we aren t to be easily persuaded. Ephesians 4 preaches supports this point well. And
he gave the apostles, the prophets, the evangelists, the shepherds, and teachers, to equip the saints for
the work of ministry, for building up the body of Christ, until we all attain to the unity of the faith and
of the knowledge of the Son of God, to mature manhood, to the measure of the stature of the fullness
of Christ, so that we may no longer be children, tossed to and fro by the waves and carried about by
every wind of doctrine, by human cunning, by craftiness in deceitful schemes. (Ephesians 4:11 14

Tourism Is Essential For Tourism Essay
1. Introduction
While there are many definitions of tourism, it is often defined as: people going from their usual areas
to new areas. Tourism does not happen when one does not come from elsewhere to stay for one night
or more. Every human has been a tourist whether it was domestically or internationally. As an
industry, there is the supply side of tourism and the demand side. However, as a system, the industry
as a whole is only a contributing factor of tourism. Leiper (1977) took a systematic approach to
tourism; he considered it to be an open system; it has inter dependent components and is affected by
external factors. This means that tourism does not work in isolation to the world that surrounds it, in
fact the world around tourism is essential for tourism to be able to operate.
We call a thing a system when we wish to express the fact that thing is perceived/conceived as
consisting of a set of elements, or parts, that are connected to one another by at least one
distinguishing principle (Jordan, 1981). Therefore, as Leiper s model suggests, Tourism is in fact a
system. It consists of three interdependent components, or elements, which are all connected to each
other. These components are: The geographical component, the human component and the business
component. These elements rely on each other in the same way tourism relies on them as a whole and
separately; the way a system s components rely on each other. As a whole, the tourism system is
affected by and can

How Adversity Changed My Life
Throughout life, we all become acquainted with life altering experiences, some changing us for the
better, others for the worse. It is our job, as individuals, to either learn and develop in the face of these
experiences or to dismiss them without looking back. They are what shape our very character, our
foundation for the future. Without them, we d be empty shells, individuals without any substance to
guide them. Even though I am still quite young, I ve already had quite my fair share of these
experiences, and for that I am extremely thankful. Academics, community service and adversity; all
have contributed to my development in one shape or another. Without these experiences, I would not
be the self that I know myself to be. Nothing is of greater importance.
I feel as if adversity has played the greatest role in shaping my character and personality. May it be
financial instability, parental problems, or even just plain stress, they have all taught me valuable
lessons that I will cherish for years to come. My family has always had trouble, both with financial
stability and familial stability. We ve never been able to do all of the things that normal families get to
do. For example, I don t remember the last time my family went on a genuine vacation, let alone a
vacation will all of us together. This also plays a role in our familial instability. We are by no means a
close knit family: we fight every day, we never spend quality time together, and we are always holed

Almost everyone has experienced a headache in their lives. It is top of the list for most common pains,
and possibly the major underlying excuse in your life if you miss something. It may come up suddenly
while you are sitting at your desk and working on a challenging task, at a stressful moment, or even at
your sleep! You may feel a belt is tightened around your head or can even be a throbbing type of pain.
Some of the headaches are periodic and a concomitant nausea may be felt. With the involvement of
stress as a factor, the pain might strike at the neck as well. Do all these sound familiar with your

When treating of headaches are part of discussion, the strategies divide up according to the underlying
cause, although most of them obviously includes painkillers.
The most common type of headache is called the tension headache. This type of headache is mostly
due to a stressful condition, including challenging tasks, anxiety and depression. Tension is term here
referred to a spasm of muscles starting from your shoulders and going up towards the head including
the scalp. Tension headaches are due to tight muscles in your shoulders, neck, scalp and jaw. If you
experience this type o headache, most likely it means that either you work to much, don t sleep
enough, don t drink enough water, use alcohol in a routine fashion, or don t just don t sleep enough!
Other common types of headaches include the publicly popular headache called migraines and sinus
headaches.
Although they all are uncomfortable situations, all of them do not require a physician s attention,
including the severe ones if they are in a routine fashion. Most people can cope with headaches or find
their own solutions in treating them, sometimes by making small lifestyle changes, or learning a way
to relax instead of just heading to the medicine cabinet for a pain killer. On the other hand, sometimes
headaches are actually warning signals for serious disorders, so when you feel something that you
have never experienced before it is better to consult your doctor. Doctor s

Cathar Heresy
The ideological impetus behind this mechanism, specifically the push to centralize and regiment the
prosecutorial process, derived from the reformist popes fighting to establish papal supremacy. To be
clear, the papal reform movement did not start the process of persecuting heresy; some of Christianity
s first leaders, such as the second century bishop Irenaeus of Lyons, wrote about heresy and how to
combat it. Furthermore, prosecutorial episodes occurred before the election of the first reformist pope,
Leo IX, in 1049. One of the most famous examples occurred in the French city of Orléans in 1022
when a number of high ranking members of the clergy and nobility were accused of harboring dualist
beliefs and venerating the Devil. In turn, the ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
At the Third Lateran Council in 1179, Alexander III condemned the growing heretical movements of
the era, and, in the twenty seventh canon, explicitly threatened the Cathars with force. Following
Alexander III, Pope Lucius III began to officially coordinate prosecutorial procedures by outlining the
responsibilities of bishops and secular authorities in his papal pull, Ad abolendam. Pope Innocent III
continued to search for ways to suppress Catharism after his election in 1198. He redoubled
conversion efforts by commissioning a Cistercian mission to the region. Additionally, he further
developed the legal mechanisms to prosecute heresy after issuing the Vergentis in senium in 1199. The
papal decree listed out the consequences of following heretical beliefs: confiscation of property and
revocation of titles, to name a few. Nevertheless, like his predecessors, Innocent III failed to dismantle
the Cathar Church through nonviolent means. In 1207, channeling the rhetorical powers first used by
Urban II, Innocent III announced the Albigensian Crusade by promising an indulgence of the
remission of sins to those who went on crusade against the

Religious Opinions and Views on Abortion Essay
Religious Opinions and Views on Abortion
In examining religious opinions on abortion, one must find common ground on which to form a
foundation of comparison. With most of the religions to date, that common ground lies on the
argument of whether or not a fetus is an actual person. Some religions protest by saying a fetus isn t a
conscious being therefore there is no loss in doing away with it. But for those religions that do believe
there is a life or any spiritual being in a fetus, it is clearly a crime to have an abortion.
Through research an overall conclusion can be provided that most earlier religions, that is those before
1400 A.D., relied on the opinion of the doctor to determine whether abortion was right or ... Show

So from this we can safely say that Catholics view, and have always viewed, abortion as evil. Then
again, we are relying on something uncertain how you determine the humanity of a being. Clearly
Catholics do not view a fetus as a human being.
This being known, it doesn t make sense that a Catholic church should practice fetal baptisms, which
were practiced primarily in the 1700s. They were obviously practiced by churches with views much
less forward than McCarthy s. This is simply one instance where a religion contradicts itself:
McCarthy, an acclaimed Catholic theorist, claims that a fetus is not a human being. Yet fetal baptisms
are performed on miscarriages (Dombrowski 93). Miscarriages thought not fully developed, are
apparently human enough to undergo baptism and be saved by Jesus Christ.
Once again it is necessary to state that most of the religious opinions are based on when human life
begins. In the case of Hinduism, there is no acceptance of abortion. According to the Vedas, abortion
is a sinful activity. There is no question of when a fetus becomes a person. Or even when morality is
reached (when a baby is actually born). Abortion in Hinduism is evil in all cases,

The Unification Of Germany And Italy
The unification of Germany and Italy was centered around the belief of nationalism. Nationalism is
the belief that one s greatest loyalty should not be to a king or an empire but to a nation of people who
share a common culture and history. The nation will then become a nation state when it has its
independent government. Bonds that will create a nation state are nationality, language, culture, and
religion. Germany and Italy both went to drastic measures to unify their countries In 1815, Italy as
divides after the Congress of Vienna. Some provinces were still under Austrian rule such as Venetia
and Lombardy. The Spanish Bourbon family ruled the Kingdom of the Two Sicilies while the Pope
controlled the Papal States. Seeing the separation of states, Mazzini, Garibaldi, and Cavour made
advancements towards unifying the country. Mazzini formed a nationalist group called Young Italy.
He called for an end to foreign rule and the unification of Italy based on the common language and
culture of the people. This movement was called the risorgimento. This plan failed and the former
rules of Italian states drove Mazzini and other nationalist leaders into exile. Next came Garibaldi who
was the leader of the Red Shirts. They were volunteers who followed Garibaldi in Southern Italy. This
nationalist group was successful in gaining control of Sicily in 1860. He then crossed into the
mainland and marched north. After Garibaldi took complete control of Southern Italy, the people

Hilton, that the CPPA s definition of child pornography withstands constitutional scrutiny. The First
Circuit found itself firmly satisfied that it is well within Congress s power to regulate virtual
pornography of minors of all ages. (United)
The Ninth Circuit recognized there is a compelling interest in banning child pornography but stated
that the U.S. Supreme Court in Ferber implicitly rejected the regulation of pornography that does not
involve minors. Where the Ninth Circuit had hinged its ruling on the existence of an actual live child,
the First Circuit instead focused upon the social ills of the pornography itself.
The First Circuit explained that The government s interest in addressing these forms of child
pornography is no less powerful than in instances where an actual child is used and abused during the
production process. We will not second guess Congress s decision to address the social ills posed by
the various types of virtual child pornography. (United)

the Congressional purpose for enactment of CPPA the harmful effects of the child

The Colombian Reggaeton Singer Who Is From Medellin...
Maluma, the colombian reggaeton singer who is from Medellin Colombia, and Pitbull, the hip hop
reggaeton singer who s from Miami Florida, share some familiar similarities and vast differences in
their background and songs. Both Maluma and Pitbull sing and rap to reggaeton music. With this in
mind, reggaeton originated in Puerto Rico and is considered hip hop and latin american music.
Reggaeton is also sung in spanish. Maluma began his music career in 2010 while Pitbull began in
2001. Uniquely, both singers perform live for their fans and neither of them are retired yet. Although
Maluma started out at a much later period than Pitbull, he still has the same tone as Pitbull does in his
songs. Maluma and Pitbull can each carry out beautiful vocal sounds and harmonize to music
wonderfully. Correspondingly, they are extremely professional singers. For example, Maluma sings
with a lot of low yet powerful vocals while Pitbull sings with medium to high pitched vocals. In
general, the better they sound to their audience, the more they will rise to fame. Another key point is
that they both feature other artists in some of their songs. Maluma and Pitbull can influence people to
learn more about their culture, learn about their musical influence, and learn about their albums and
visit them live in concert to experience an amazing show. Additionally, Pitbull comes from a beautiful

Summary Of The Vignette On Destablia
On review of the operation design products from the vignette on Destablia, I noted the proposition to
discriminately target perpetrators of disruptive behavior. Another point I found related was the
agricultural training and education to be provided to improve farming practices and crop yields. In a
country with problematic government instability, it stands to reason the military is not highly trained
nor possessing high moral and ethical standards that would allow discriminate targeting of disruptors.
I believe that military training and education should be a precursor to any additional crackdown ,
discriminate or not.
The operational design products within Schmidt s model provide understanding and input to the next

A lot of the work will consist of analyzing, testing, and modifying. This is why a CPAF contract was
used instead of a fixed cost contract because it is difficult to predict actual costs. A company would
put themselves in a bad situation to have a fixed cost contract if the costs where more than the
contracted amount (Murphy, 2009, pp. 24 7). As with any project, there will always be costs or
expenses associated. The type of expenses will always depend on the type of work or project. Some
expenses that will be associated with this contract are direct and indirect costs. Direct costs are costs
that can be totally identified with or traced back to a particular product or service. Those costs are
materials, labor, or expenses related to producing the product or service. Indirect costs are not easily
traced back to a particular product or service, or can be involved with other products or services in the

Persuasive Essay On The San Diego Zoo
If your child s birthday is quickly approaching, you might be wondering how to celebrate. A party at
home, whether just as a family or with the kid s friends, can be fun, but sometimes it is fun to do
something beyond just cake and ice cream at home. If you are looking for something other than a
party at home or even just pizza at your kid s favorite pizza parlor, consider these three birthday party
options in San Diego.
San Diego Zoo
For kids who enjoy animals, the San Diego Zoo is a fun birthday celebration option. Their Australian
Outback birthday bash includes admission to the zoo, lunch, and birthday cake. The kids will also get
the opportunity to interact with some of the zoo animals and be entertained by some of the zoo s staff
members. Unfortunately for older children, the Australian Outback Birthday Bash was only created for
children up to 10 years old.
It does not have to be your child s birthday to go to the zoo, though. The San Diego Zoo was ranked
by Trip Advisor as the #1 Zoo in the World in 2015, and it consistently ranks as one of the Top Ten
zoos in the world. Whether you are bringing along a large group of kids for your child s birthday
celebration or you are simply going as a family, you can expect to see some of your favorite animals,
including giant pandas, a Komodo dragon, and flamingos. You can even see unique animals, such as
the okapi, which looks a bit like a mix of a zebra and a giraffe.

Evaluating Pricing And Ensure Adherence Of A Company
As defined by Investopedia, LLC (2016) an initial public offering is the first sale of stock of a
company to the public. When a company makes the decision to move forward with an initial public

The Investment Banker is a critical role in the Initial Public Offering as they manage the process

The Role of an Originating House and a Syndicate An initial public offering of stock is an expensive
and complicated procedure. Firms considering this option turn to syndicates of investment bankers to
handle the initial sale of the firm s stock. In the case of a large initial public offering, an originating
investment house may decide to form a syndicate of investors to lessen the financial risk to
themselves. This syndicate, or group, of investors will share the reward and risks of the sale of stock
from the issuing firm. The originating house selects other investing banks or individual investors to

firm the sale of a mutually agreed upon number of stocks at an agreed upon price per share. The
syndicate now assumes the financial risk of selling the stocks to the public. The issuing firm has a

  • 2. When Should Young People Be Allowed To Lower The Age Of... When does someone become an adult. Is it at a certain age or certain level of maturity? A person should be considered an adult when they mature. And by mature i mean he/she reasons better, makes better choices, knows the consequences for making bad decisions, and are able to stand on their own. Standing on their own is a big factor in being an adult because that s when u are able to support yourself and not depend on parents financially and emotionally. And being able to do that and supporting yourself means you don t need others which i believe makes a person an adult. Reasoning better is also a sign of adulthood. Because most teenagers aren t able to reason as good as most older people which leads to making the wrong decision which can lead to trouble. And at the age of 18 the brain still isn t fully developed which makes people not responsible yet. In the (Greenblatt article par.3) it says Young people are bombarded with mixed signals about the scope of their rights and the depth of their responsibilities . That s why at 18 people aren t allowed to rent ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... And in the article, What is the age of Responsibility, quotes Executive decision making the parts of the brain allow people to think through the likely consequences of an action, weigh the risks and benefits and stop themselves from acting on impulse 9 Greenblatt, par 5) which is talking about taking risks which isn t good because by doing that it can lead to disasters. And if that was true the adolescents would be addicted to alcoholic beverages in the future when older maybe because of starting at such young age. • 3. Why Some UK Companies are Reluctant to Invest in Training... Explain why some UK companies are reluctant to invest in training and development. Do you consider these reasons to be valid? The rapid development of technology and in other areas have led companies ability to replicate products more easily, and the rapidly expansion of the service sector has led the nature of consumers to demand high quality at the lowest prices. Both of these highlight the importance of gaining the competitive advantage through the labour force. A method through which a company could obtain this edge, is through training and development of their various skills. Its implementation and management concerns many concepts, esoteric and thus hard to emulate. Training and development can have many benefits ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... Training was also seen to enhance job motivation under certain conditions: there was a practical use to the training and this had been clearly depicted to them (Heyes, Stuart). Alternatives to T D are to poach employees from other rivals, or acquire employees through the expensive recruitment and selection process who has the requisite skills required premium must be paid. The former is a large barrier to the T D initiative as the benefits accrue to the company and the employee. The rival can potentially poach your trained employees. This is known as the Prisoner s Dilemma, due to which many companies in the UK do not invest in human resource development (Sisson, Storey). The use of temporary or outsourced employees will not only be harder to train as they may deemed unworthy of investment due to their movement ability, they may be not able to provide the high quality service. Though companies outsourcing their call centres seem to be providing them the necessary service. But these operators in India cannot replicate the highly customer orientated service that British call centres can provide i.e. speaking to Yorkshire people in their own dialects this would require training. Employees are going to become trained whether the initiative is taken or not as with time they will gain tacit knowledge and they will pick things up by sitting next to Nellie over time. This is very inefficient, and a focused ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...
  • 4. Reflective Essay On Education God, the Ruler and Creator of every finite and infinite existence in the universe, has called me to a life of love, servitude, and fellowship with other Christians. However, at my age, my walk with Christ is no longer conjoined with decisions made by my parents. The decision of college is entirely mine to make with the benevolent and ever wise guidance of Christ. By no means is this an easy task, but one ideal has been forthright in my heart my education must be Christ centered. My walk with faith began at a young age, hailing from a humble farming community with multiple Baptist ministers and Sunday School teachers in my immediate family. I accepted Christ at age six, but only more recently have I focused on my faith and spiritual growth. As I reached high school and (briefly) considered more liberal yet high standing colleges, I realized with increasing certainty that I was called to a higher standard a Christ centered education. Several Christian colleges have reached out to me, but Union remains my foremost favorite, in spite of the price tag. Union s core values have impressed me boundlessly, with all aspects of learning between God, professor, student, university, and the community, as well as the present and future being addressed. At Union, I am assured that I will be pushed to the limits and establish new ones for excellence, not settle for good enough. Such drive mirrors my current efforts in high school, not to mention excites me for a new challenge. ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...

Equifax Data Breach Analysis An analysis of the Equifax data breach Introduction A recent increase in large scale data breaches has exposed a multitude of cybersecurity vulnerabilities that pose a definite risk to consumers (Lorio, 2017). • 7. Ethnographic Research On Human Behavior Introduction Creswell (2007) describes ethnography as a qualitative design in which the researcher describes and interprets the shared and learned patterns of values (p. 68). Ethnographic research provides a study on individuals in their own environment. Throughout the research, researchers attempt to answer questions in regards to human behavior. According to Schwartzman (1993), Ethnography is used for research involving cultural sharing, and is linked to the use of anthropology as a way to view modern organization (p. 3). The researchers examine individuals from the inside in order to gain a better understanding of their actions. One of the keywords in ethnographic research is culture. Culture is the focal point of ethnographic research. As stated by Van Maanen (Merriam, 2002), the result of ethnographic inquiry is cultural description (p, 237). This involves the researcher conducting extensive time to the research. According to Merriam (2002), methods of Ethnographic research include interviews, observations, and archival research. Through these methods, researchers are able to gather information on the shared activities and patterns of individuals (Creswell, 2007). Though Egypt had lost part of its former identity as a power, and instead acted as a Roman client state, Egypt still acted as its own separate entity. The Rosetta Stone offers a major look into Egypt as a center of trade, religion and culture. The Rosetta Stone not only stands as a testament to the relationship between Egypt and its people, but also to the rulers who had come before. The Rosetta Stone helps to show what the pharaohs of the Ptolemaic Dynasty had intended for their legacy, the betterment of the way of life of the people. Before Egypt was ruled over by Rome, it was a major religious and political center. The Pharaohs ruled over Egypt was a strong fist, and acted benevolently towards their people, as they were seen as protectors of the natural order. This is due to the fact that Egyptian politics is intertwined with religion. Egyptian religion was much more complex than any other belief system in the surrounding area. The first was that my project is focused on something that makes it difficult to see the direct impact or to quantify. When evaluating the project I had to rely on teacher feedback and will have to wait to see about standardized testing data for those that attended my sessions and tried their own small groups. This means that the results take a while to show up and that directly linking a student s standardized testing score to small group or conferring would be extremely difficult to do. Police Officer Analysis These two aforementioned events compels me, as a concerned citizen and veteran, to reassess the standards and the roles of our contemporary policing agencies as well as individual law enforcement officers. For instance, when it comes to excessive use of force, discrimination and the like. In regards to the two incidents that involved excessive use of police force, responses to the assault on both King and Garner have varied among the police, the public, and academic circles. Since law enforcement officers are human it is quite possible that individual officers within a department are merely microcosms of society. My favorite pilgrim was the Franklin. The Franklin was a gentry landowner, member of the nobility, who had extensive holdings. He belonged to the middle class and was a man of leisure. He had a cheerful personality and was confident. His only reason to be on this pilgrimage was to enjoy himself. The Franklin was traveling with the Man of Law. According to Chaucer he He loved a morning sop of cake in wine. He lived for pleasure and had always done ( line 344). I think that Chaucer had a good opinion of the Franklin. The way that Chaucer describes the Franklin makes the reader think that Chaucer likes him. He says that The Franklin is calm, strong and an overall a cheerful guy. • 18. An Examination Into The Respective Proofs Of St. Aquinas An Examination into the Respective Proofs of St. Anselm and St. Aquinas During the Medieval Period, philosophers shifted their focus primarily to proving the existence of God, as well as other religious tenets. Two Saints of the Catholic Church, St. Anselm and St. Thomas Aquinas, developed their own respective proofs for the existence of God. These proofs have gained fame over the subsequent centuries and still face debate and comparison today. Although both St. Anselm and St. Thomas Aquinas offer proofs for the existence of God, the proofs differ drastically due to the distinct argumentative methods utilized by each author, as well as the differing overall strengths and weaknesses each proof yields. To begin comparing the proofs, one must first state them. St. Anselm s proof is most clearly described by defining God as that than which no greater can be conceived (Melchert, 260). With this definition in mind, one can contemplate St. Augustine s Great Chain of Being and realize that existence gives something more being, or more greatness, than non existence (Melchert, 261). It follows, then, that we grasp an idea of God, which would be greater if it actually existed, therefore it (our idea of God) exists. Anselm s definition of God and Augustine s theory of the Great Chain of Being are the only requirements for Anselm s proof of the existence of God to work. St. Thomas Aquinas actually posits five separate proofs, but due to length constraints, this paper will only ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...

That means that most of the people in these developing countries are too busy doing work around the house. That includes activities such as house cleaning, cooking, and caring for their children. Are we to say that because these people spend more time caring for their families they are to be penalized for it with a decrease in GDP? • 28. Tourism Is Essential For Tourism Essay 1. Introduction While there are many definitions of tourism, it is often defined as: people going from their usual areas to new areas. Tourism does not happen when one does not come from elsewhere to stay for one night or more. Every human has been a tourist whether it was domestically or internationally. As an industry, there is the supply side of tourism and the demand side. However, as a system, the industry as a whole is only a contributing factor of tourism. Leiper (1977) took a systematic approach to tourism; he considered it to be an open system; it has inter dependent components and is affected by external factors. This means that tourism does not work in isolation to the world that surrounds it, in fact the world around tourism is essential for tourism to be able to operate. We call a thing a system when we wish to express the fact that thing is perceived/conceived as consisting of a set of elements, or parts, that are connected to one another by at least one distinguishing principle (Jordan, 1981). Therefore, as Leiper s model suggests, Tourism is in fact a system. It consists of three interdependent components, or elements, which are all connected to each other. These components are: The geographical component, the human component and the business component. These elements rely on each other in the same way tourism relies on them as a whole and separately; the way a system s components rely on each other. Even though I am still quite young, I ve already had quite my fair share of these experiences, and for that I am extremely thankful. Academics, community service and adversity; all have contributed to my development in one shape or another. Without these experiences, I would not be the self that I know myself to be. Nothing is of greater importance. I feel as if adversity has played the greatest role in shaping my character and personality. May it be financial instability, parental problems, or even just plain stress, they have all taught me valuable lessons that I will cherish for years to come. My family has always had trouble, both with financial stability and familial stability. We ve never been able to do all of the things that normal families get to do. For example, I don t remember the last time my family went on a genuine vacation, let alone a vacation will all of us together. This also plays a role in our familial instability. We are by no means a close knit family: we fight every day, we never spend quality time together, and we are always holed up in ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...

  • 31. Cathar Heresy The ideological impetus behind this mechanism, specifically the push to centralize and regiment the prosecutorial process, derived from the reformist popes fighting to establish papal supremacy. To be clear, the papal reform movement did not start the process of persecuting heresy; some of Christianity s first leaders, such as the second century bishop Irenaeus of Lyons, wrote about heresy and how to combat it. Furthermore, prosecutorial episodes occurred before the election of the first reformist pope, Leo IX, in 1049. One of the most famous examples occurred in the French city of Orléans in 1022 when a number of high ranking members of the clergy and nobility were accused of harboring dualist beliefs and venerating the Devil. In turn, the ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... At the Third Lateran Council in 1179, Alexander III condemned the growing heretical movements of the era, and, in the twenty seventh canon, explicitly threatened the Cathars with force. Following Alexander III, Pope Lucius III began to officially coordinate prosecutorial procedures by outlining the responsibilities of bishops and secular authorities in his papal pull, Ad abolendam. Pope Innocent III continued to search for ways to suppress Catharism after his election in 1198. He redoubled conversion efforts by commissioning a Cistercian mission to the region. Additionally, he further developed the legal mechanisms to prosecute heresy after issuing the Vergentis in senium in 1199. The papal decree listed out the consequences of following heretical beliefs: confiscation of property and revocation of titles, to name a few. Nevertheless, like his predecessors, Innocent III failed to dismantle the Cathar Church through nonviolent means. In 1207, channeling the rhetorical powers first used by Urban II, Innocent III announced the Albigensian Crusade by promising an indulgence of the remission of sins to those who went on crusade against the ... • 33. Religious Opinions and Views on Abortion Essay Religious Opinions and Views on Abortion In examining religious opinions on abortion, one must find common ground on which to form a foundation of comparison. With most of the religions to date, that common ground lies on the argument of whether or not a fetus is an actual person. Some religions protest by saying a fetus isn t a conscious being therefore there is no loss in doing away with it. But for those religions that do believe there is a life or any spiritual being in a fetus, it is clearly a crime to have an abortion. Through research an overall conclusion can be provided that most earlier religions, that is those before 1400 A.D., relied on the opinion of the doctor to determine whether abortion was right or ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... So from this we can safely say that Catholics view, and have always viewed, abortion as evil. Then again, we are relying on something uncertain how you determine the humanity of a being. Clearly Catholics do not view a fetus as a human being. This being known, it doesn t make sense that a Catholic church should practice fetal baptisms, which were practiced primarily in the 1700s. They were obviously practiced by churches with views much less forward than McCarthy s. This is simply one instance where a religion contradicts itself: McCarthy, an acclaimed Catholic theorist, claims that a fetus is not a human being. Yet fetal baptisms are performed on miscarriages (Dombrowski 93). Miscarriages thought not fully developed, are apparently human enough to undergo baptism and be saved by Jesus Christ. Once again it is necessary to state that most of the religious opinions are based on when human life begins. In the case of Hinduism, there is no acceptance of abortion. According to the Vedas, abortion is a sinful activity. There is no question of when a fetus becomes a person. Or even when morality is reached (when a baby is actually born). Abortion in Hinduism is evil in all cases, ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...

  • 35. The Unification Of Germany And Italy The unification of Germany and Italy was centered around the belief of nationalism. Nationalism is the belief that one s greatest loyalty should not be to a king or an empire but to a nation of people who share a common culture and history. The nation will then become a nation state when it has its independent government. Bonds that will create a nation state are nationality, language, culture, and religion. Germany and Italy both went to drastic measures to unify their countries In 1815, Italy as divides after the Congress of Vienna. Some provinces were still under Austrian rule such as Venetia and Lombardy. The Spanish Bourbon family ruled the Kingdom of the Two Sicilies while the Pope controlled the Papal States. Seeing the separation of states, Mazzini, Garibaldi, and Cavour made advancements towards unifying the country. Mazzini formed a nationalist group called Young Italy. He called for an end to foreign rule and the unification of Italy based on the common language and culture of the people. This movement was called the risorgimento. This plan failed and the former rules of Italian states drove Mazzini and other nationalist leaders into exile. Next came Garibaldi who was the leader of the Red Shirts. Where the Ninth Circuit had hinged its ruling on the existence of an actual live child, the First Circuit instead focused upon the social ills of the pornography itself. The First Circuit explained that The government s interest in addressing these forms of child pornography is no less powerful than in instances where an actual child is used and abused during the production process. Another point I found related was the agricultural training and education to be provided to improve farming practices and crop yields. In a country with problematic government instability, it stands to reason the military is not highly trained nor possessing high moral and ethical standards that would allow discriminate targeting of disruptors. I believe that military training and education should be a precursor to any additional crackdown , discriminate or not. In the case of a large initial public offering, an originating investment house may decide to form a syndicate of investors to lessen the financial risk to themselves. This syndicate, or group, of investors will share the reward and risks of the sale of stock from the issuing firm. The originating house selects other investing banks or individual investors to make up the syndicate.
