Hilton Head Island
The beach in Hilton Head Island in South Carolina is certainly my favorite place to go. It is the

Suturless vitrectomies carry an increased risk of leakage from the sclerotomy site. Such
excessive leakage can raise the risk of infection and hypotony (5). So, in our study we used 20 G
transconjunctival trocar system with suturing of the conjunctiva and sclera by one suture for
each sclerotomy to avoid the risk of leakage and its complications. In our study more than 75%
of cases did not develop any intraoperative complications. Complications occurred only in 14
cases; of these, the most common complication was slippage of the cannula, occurred in 8 cases
(14%); followed by trauma to the lens, seen in 4 cases (7%) and lastly retina incarcerated in the

A correlational study is a quantitative research method, which there are two or more variables in
which the researchers goal is to determine a relationship using statistical data. The significance of
this approach is that is does not analyze or try to prove cause and effect type patterns or
relationships. Using this type of researchstudy can determine behaviors in human actions or any
other variables that can be evaluated for a relationship. Using a correlational approach can be a
stepping stone for further experimental studies and is an important approach used in educational
research.

Correlational research is a type of study in which two non manipulated variables are measured to
determine if there is a relationship. This type of research observes the connection between the two
variables. Correlational research is often called Association research and has two basic purposes. In
the remainder of this text, the purposes, steps, threats and a comparison of correlational research
will be discussed.
There are two basic purposes of correlational research. The first purpose would be to help explain
human behaviors, such as behaviors in an Explanatory design. In this type of design the extents to
which two or more variables co vary, that is, where changes in one variable are reflected in changes

This unique concept was identified in 1992 by Carla Joinson, a nurse, who identified compassion
fatigue by studying emergency room personnel. It was defined as, a unique form of burnout that
affects individuals in caregiving roles (Lombardo Eyre, 2011). In 1995, there were developments
within compassion fatigue and the term secondary traumatic stress disorder (STSD) was formed
synonymously. The caring and empathetic relationships, which nurses strive to build with their
patients, can become overwhelming and have the potential to lead to compassion fatigue. As
nurses, we have an innate ability to care for others. Because of this, we find that we have put
others before ourselves, which makes for compassionate and empathetic nursing care, but can lead
to internal downfalls. There is a shift for the nurse, when providing nurturing care for patients
becomes difficult. The downfalls are seen after repeated exposure to stressful work environments,
work overload, lack of recognition and the repeated exposure to patients suffering, which nurses
attempted to relieve. With advancements in healthcare, prolonging of life, increasing physical and
emotional needs from patients and their families and the aging of American, nurses have an

Ethnicity As A Key Determinant Of Voting Behavior
Hypothesis
While ethnicity is not mono causal to determining voting behaviour, the focus of this study is the
consistency of ethnicity as a key determinant of voting behaviour in Ghana, particularly, in the Volta
and Ashanti Regions. This dissertation posits that ethnicity is a consistent key determinant of
voting behaviour in Ghana, and this is because ethnicity is enshrined within the political
arrangements of the country (Oelbaum, 2007, pp. 242 273). There are two main ethnic blocs which
give rise under the essence of absolute majority electoral system, to a two dominant party system
(Ayelazuno, 2011, pp. 22 48). These ethnic blocs are the Voltarians from the Volta Region, and the
Ashantis from the Ashanti Region (Arthur, 2009, pp. 46 51).

2009, p. 50). The electoral system provides a strong incentive to the two dominant parties, the
National Democratic Congress (NDC) and the New Patriotic Party (NPP), to engage in crude
ethnic politics to win, even when they have lost in the majority of the regions (Ayelazuno, 2011, p.
47). As this system has reified ethnicity, political parties that transcend ethnicity are doomed in a
country where the ethnic groups are quite aware of their differences (Ayelazuno, 2011, pp. 22 36).

this fact has not gotten very much press in the general public. Faster results by robotic missions

What Representativeness Heuristic Is Inappropriately...
I remember and incident that the representativeness heuristic was inappropriately applied in
judging me. I was playing pickup basketball while visiting family away from my home state of
Kentucky at the time, and I was wearing a University of Kentucky tee shirt. As I walked up a
team was forming and one of the players looked at me and said, I ll take the guy from Kentucky,
presumably basing his decision on the popularity of the sport in the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
As play progressed, my lack of excellence in the game demonstrated clearly that fandom and
stardom work quite independently of one another.
I have made inappropriate judgments based on availability heuristic many times over the years. I
can recall one case in particular from my childhood during the early days of AIDS coming into
public view. Around the age of 10, I remember watching a particularly disturbing news report on
AIDS, and although the details of the report are lost to me now, at the time they were fighting. I
had a very limited understanding of the disease and how it was contracted, and coincidentally I
woke up the next morning not feeling well, convinced that I somehow had been infected with the
dreaded disease.
Given the discussion on adolescence in our text, the standards for adult activities do somewhat
coincide with what we know about human development (Cacioppo Fregberg, 2013 ). Limiting
access to many activities based on age is advisable considering the cognitive development of

sex. As a love poet, especially when Donne writes vividly on his wife he is very much concerned

make my point I have studied two poems, which I believe show his character as less self absorbed
as in the sexual referenced poems.

travel to return, his distance seems small and therefore not as bad, and combining his feelings with
the relatively small distance, this reassures that there is every chance of him returning.
