Today was a very fun day for me, but there was not a lot of teacher observation to do. This is
because, today Mrs. DeLorenzo was assessing each student individually and asked me to teach,
while she was outside of the classroom assessing one student at a time. During CAMPEL, I also
had to step up and help out the technology teacher as there was a technical problem with all the
computers and she was trying to fix them up, so class could run. Therefore, for the purpose of

her Community Booklet and told me that each child had one. She asked me to do two or three
pages with them while she was outside of the classroom. First, I called the attention of the students

aircraft fire. Some of the paratroopers were shot down while they dropped from the skies. Most of
the paratroopers that did survive the jump missed their intended drop zones. During the first hours
of the assault their was confusion among the soldiers, but then the troops started to form up into
small bands together and started to complete their missions.
The paratroopers mission was for the most part a success. They gained considerable ground and
destroyed vital supply lines for the Germans.
However, the assault on the beaches were plagued by a lot more problems. The major problem
was the choppy seas and the strong current. It made many of the allied forces land off of target.
Even though they landed off course they were still able come together. The Germans also put many

On Saturday, February 10th, 2018, the Roanoke Symphony Orchestra performed at the Jefferson

Freshmen students who are required to take remedial classes since their math or English basic

Assessment Program, which has an essay and two dozen questions that are included in
standardized tests given to juniors, many students didn t pass it. Those students who don t take

Literacy has always been close to my identity as a person. My mother wanted the best for her
children, and therefore would sing and read to us as soon as we were born. She encouraged out
love of words and books by taking us to the library for reading time and always seemed to find
the most amazing books for us to explore. My mother is very musically gifted, so songs were
part of our daily routine. There are still little songs that pop into my head about daily tasks that

meets her lover Drouet, and later Hurstwood, she compares them, measuring their financial
