experimental data derived from murine tumor models and provocative correlative data obtained by
studying human cancer, holds that the immune system not only protects the host against development
of primary nonviral cancers but also sculpts tumor immunogenicity. Cancer immunoediting is a
process consisting of three phases: elimination (i.e., cancer immunosurveillance), equilibrium, and
escape. Herein, we summarize the data supporting the existence of each of the three cancer
immunoediting phases. The full understanding of the immunobiology of cancer immunosurveillance
and immunoediting will hopefully stimulate development of more effective immunotherapeutic
approaches to control and/or eliminate human cancers.

Separation anxiety is very common as children grow and develop. They may fear those few moments
during daycare drop off or that initial first meeting with a new babysitter. These children will often

received clearance to observe Robert by both his mother and father. Robert is an only child and spends

to his height and weight compared to other children his age. Throughout much of the afternoon, I
observed calm behavior and much later, I observed a more boisterous behavior. At the beginning of

wanting to formally greet members of the family until his father asked him to do so. After this, Robert
