formulate their own strategy and assess their performance through our user friendly, web based stock
exchange simulator. Through experience, players will gain confidence in their investing abilities using

but it started during the Triassic like all other oceans and seas formed, by the breaking up of the single

within the mantle and as a result what became known as Tethys Sea formed between two new

many of the continents and countries that we know today; one of which being Africa. Africa began to

Survey Questions
The survey questions mostly consisted of multiple choice questions, two open ended questions,
allowing written responses, and one qualitative response question. These questions were chosen to
establish consumers differences and comparative perspective of Starbuck s competitors, their daily
usage of the social media platforms, the coffee shops visited frequently, and their opinions on
consumers who frequent Starbucks. The survey contains one matrix/rating scale question ( Appendix
I, Question 5) based on how important qualities are when choosing a coffee shop. Lastly, there were
two demographic questions. The demographic questions are for a general understanding on consumers
behavior based on age group and gender. For an overview of the survey, see appendix I.
Survey Development The purpose of the survey entitled Starbucks Corporation Survey was to
determine if the recent Starbucks Public Relations campaigns have been effective at reaching
consumers (See appendix I, Question 6 for complete list of campaigns options), to learn more about
consumers buying behaviors towards Starbucks compared to it competitors, and the characteristics of
consumers loyalty. The survey was created through Survey Monkey by the researchers who conducted
the study. Survey Monkey provided their answer style as a guideline for the research. An example of

The narrator describes near death experiences due to hunger and dehydration, the power of mother
nature and how the sea destroyed their ship. Survival instincts forced the crew to resort to cannibalism
for their survival before they finally landed on a tropical island where they were met by natives who
were intimidated by the white skinned strangers. The meeting of the civilized sailors and the
uncivilized natives described very different people who did not trust each other. When the natives
killed most of the sailors, Poe illustrates the similarity and primitive side of all people as they kill for
their own protection and survival. Pym managed to escape the island together with Peters and the

Edgar Allan Poe portrayed various themes throughout the novel. However, the main theme that stood
out was that of survival. Arthur Gordon Pym describes in his writings how he managed to stay alive
on board the Grampus after the mutiny that occurred and after the massive storm that nearly destroyed
the ship, tearing the sails, breaking the mast, and flooding the hold. All four men managed to survive

In the movie Fight Club we are introduced to an average, white collared, middle aged man who is
seemingly normal at first glance. However, it is clear that the narrator suffers from insomnia, anxiety,
and depression very early in the film. The narrator attempts to combat these symptoms in a number of
ways, however, the only way that he has found to be effective is by attending support groups on a
nightly basis.

the life he has at college. To take nothing for granted seems like such a simple and common lesson

The lesson Braaksma taught is a great one that needs a little bit of examination to become even clearer
and greater. It goes from reading about school to the factory and back again. The highs and lows will
