Nothing about who we are or why we
exist changes -- our mission is the
same. But what we do and how we
do it is evolving from being known as
a CRM Platform and into what we’re
calling a Customer Platform that
consists of HubSpot Smart CRM,
connected engagement hubs, and a
connected ecosystem that enables
better customer connection.
Product Updates
1. Sales Hub was relaunched with new
positioning and product strategy, and
new features.
2. HubSpot made leaps in CRM
customization, a key to meeting our
larger customers needs.
3. HubSpot announced a ton of AI
features, which is key to
differentiating and staying ahead of
competition.
4. Repackaging of commerce tools into
Commerce Hub to help bring more
market visibility to our offerings (soon

Build custom cards with 8 available CRM data components to visualize your data and keep your teams within HubSpot like: Monitor account revenue: use the report component to display a revenue report by quarter to easily see trends over time Filter associated contacts: use the association table component to create a filtered view of associated contacts who were created in the last 30 days and have an email Visualize deal/ticket pipeline stage: use the stage tracker component to visually show what pipeline stage a deal or ticket is in and how long it's been in that stage Actions extensibility in CRM data components Why? Trigger actions on the CRM record page from custom cards including weblinks, HubSpot-defined actions, and custom actions. Customers can: Override the default 'preview' button in association tables to open a web link Run a health check using a playbook by clicking a button in the top right of a custom card Add a custom action to the association table 'actions' dropdown to send swag to a customer CRM Record Page Editor Why? A new editor which allows admins to customize the middle column of a record all in one place, including adding tabs to the record page (sales/srv ent) and adding/creating new card types. Preparing for Demand of CRM customization services At IN23 we launched a series of product updates that grant businesses increased flexibility over their data in HubSpot. These product updates are collectively being called “CRM customization” - and are largely related to how a business represents their data model in HubSpot. These updates are going to increase the demand for customization and grow the number of customers that will need additional services to help them with this.
