A metaverse is a collective virtual 3D
shared space, created by the convergence
of virtually enhanced physical and digital
reality.
Metaverse is a virtual space in which
users can interact with a computer-
generated environment and other users.
It is a combination of augmented, virtual
and mixed reality along with AI,
Blockchain, IOT & 3D reconstruction
technology.

10. Avatar • An Avatar is an online representation of the
user. This digital identity differs from person
to person and can either be static or
animated.
• An avatar in the Metaverse is more than just
a user’s created face. It most essentially
becomes that user’s entire manifestation in
the Metaverse.
• Whatever actions the avatar undertakes are
directly driven by the user themselves.
• Apart from just playing a few games, all types
of other activities including important
financial ones will also be reflected onto the
avatar and therefore the user.

Metaverse
• Addressing Remote Work Challenges
Metaverse has the potential to address all the
existing challenges of remote work. It provides
managers with a virtual environment where they
can meet employees (their avatars),
communicate with them, read their body
language, and retain in-person interaction.
• Providing the experience of virtual tours
It allows people to visit places virtually where
they can’t go physically. Using the combined
power of the Metaverse, AR, and VR, an
advanced virtual world is being developed that
offers a first-person experience.

& Education
• This game-changing technology takes the learning experience a notch
up by allowing students to learn through a virtual space.
• Lecturers and students can get into a virtual classroom, where they
can embed any content on the whiteboard, from videos to
documents to websites or even simulate particular environment or
real life situations.
• The metaverse offers exciting opportunities for people who are
lifelong quadriplegics, so they can finally experience the thrills of
hiking and skiing with their friends.
• It provides an optimum environment for practical procedures rather
than just knowledge dissemination to teach doctors and medical staff
by simulating real-world procedures with cellular level detail of the
human body.
