one could extrapolate that there is high risk for computer fraud and identity theft. For example
consider these statistics in 2013, identity theft complaints accounted for 14% of all complaints. The
most common form of reported identity theft was government documents/benefits fraud, 34%,
followed by credit card fraud, 17%, phone or utilities fraud, 14%, and bank fraud, 8%. Forty one
percent of identity theft complainants reported whether they contacted law enforcement. Of those
victims, 74% notified a police department and 61% indicated a report was taken. (Government

Bipolar Disorder is a mental illness, which involves hypomanic episodes, which are changes in
someone s usual mood. Originally, Bipolar Disorder was called manic depression because it does

Did you know that about 4.8 million people in Canada live in poverty? It is not just the countries in
the East who you think are poor; many countries in Europe and North America have individuals who
live in poverty because of various factors affecting them. These may include low wages, fewer
benefits, housing shortage and of course, their lifestyle or way of living. Poverty can also be tied to the
government of that city or country and certain rules or laws set by the government could affect these
people. Although we are living in an era where we are making many technological advances, poverty
is still increasing. Poverty is increasing again because of inequality, poor decisions made by some of
political leaders, and by the members of our own communities.
To understand how worse the situation of poverty has become in Canada, we have to look at statistics
that show how poverty has increased over the years. Poverty has been increasing as residents struggle
to put food on their tables. For example, in Canada, child poverty has increased to from 12.8% to
15.1% from the mid 1990s, ( Canada Falling behind on Poverty, Inequality, says Report. 1) and 15%
of children in Canada currently live under poverty because they have less access to necessities. It is
not surprising that UNICEF has rated Canada 17th out of the 29 wealthy countries in the world. (

Over a century ago, the 14th Amendment of the United States Constitution was implemented to grant
citizenship to individuals born within the country. This was the first time that it was defined what it
means to be a citizen in the U.S. While the amendment was created to address the citizenship of
slaves, it is currently under speculation in regards to granting U.S. citizenship to children born to
undocumented immigrants (Gans, 2012). While there have been many arguments to place restrictions
or eradicate granting children of undocumented immigrants U.S. citizenship, the constitutional right
remains the same: if you are born on U.S. land, you are a citizen (Angelo, 2013). This paper argues
that the birthright citizenship of U.S. born children of undocumented immigrants should continue to
be granted based on the underlying principles of the 14th Amendment and the possible implications of
ending birthright citizenship. First, this paper describes birthright citizenship and the 14th
Amendment, as well as its use in several Supreme Court cases that are significant to this issue. Then,
various implications of eradicating birthright citizenship are discussed. Before discussing the possible
consequences of eradicating birthright citizenship, it is imperative to discuss the history and principles

The Man From Snowy River by Banjo Paterson 1. Andrew Barton Paterson, more commonly known
as Banjo Paterson, was a famous Australian poet who was born on the 17th February, 1863. He spent
his early life at a farm near Yass, in between Melbourne and Sydney. His early education came from a
governess, but as soon as he was able to ride a pony by himself, he was taught at a school in Binalong.
At 11, Paterson went to Sydney Grammar School whilst his family was living in Gladesville. He left
