Our Impact
Through our partnership with the EAGE University of Marseille, we have expanded our educational outreach
by delivering a specialized webinar on Wireline logging delivered by Mr. Dawood Hussain, Geral Manager of
Dynamic International. This webinar was part of our curriculum focused on oil and gas and offered a blend
of academic theory and practical insights.
In collaboration with Aljoub Oil Service Company, we initiated an expansive internship program in the oil and
gas sector, unparalleled in its scope. This program encompasses a comprehensive suite of courses,
including QHSE at the Rigsite, Drilling Fluid Laboratories, both Introductory and Advanced Drilling
Technologies, Solid Control Equipment Technology, and Drilling Reporting. Each course was designed to
reinforce our commitment to hands-on, practical training.
Global Partnerships for
Sustainable Education
Our collaboration with EAGE Bogota University, featured a duo of enlightening webinars. The first session
delved into the basics of petroleum geomechanics, offering participants a vital grounding in concepts pivotal
for both reservoir management and drilling operations. The second webinar, titled “To What Extent GIS Can
Change Our Perception,” showcased the transformative capabilities of Geographic Information Systems (GIS)
in revolutionizing our approach to and handling of spatial data. These webinars collectively aimed to broaden
perspectives and enhance expertise in these critical areas of the energy sector.
In a collaborative effort with the SPE Al-Azhar University Student Chapter, PetroNile successfully hosted an
informative webinar centered on the theme of “Reserve Classification and Estimation.” This session was
designed to provide a thorough understanding of the methodologies and frameworks used in the
categorization and calculation of reserves within the energy sector. The webinar aimed to enhance the
knowledge base of participants, equipping them with the necessary tools for accurate reserve estimation
and effective resource management.
Through a partnership with Mr. Safety for training and consultations, we deliver a series of monthly
workshops focusing on Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE). Our initiative is part of a broader
commitment to promote safety and sustainability in the workplace. Each month, we explore different themes
within QHSE, led by experts in the field. Our goal is to foster a culture of continuous improvement and risk
management, ensuring that safety and quality are at the forefront of professional practices.
In collaboration with the Petroleum Engineers Association, PetroNile delivered a webinar on the Organic Oil
Recovery process as a proven and optimizes enhanced oil recovery technology that optimizes reservoir
performance and recovery rates.
PetroNile proudly offered the course “Seismic Data Processing,” a comprehensive program conducted in
partnership with the SEG Women’s Network, Algeria. This collaboration brought forth an educational
experience that combined theoretical knowledge with practical applications in seismic data analysis,
catering to professionals eager to advance in the geophysical field.
PetroNile, in partnership with the Society of Petroleum Engineers-SUDAN Section, hosted an enlightening
webinar titled “Introduction to Directional Drilling,” led by Mr. Magdi Elnorani of ITQAAN SOLUTIONS. The
session delved into the strategic reasons for employing directional drilling, designing the trajectory, and
the techniques for measurement while drilling.
PetroNile, in collaboration with Edvantage India, hosted an informative webinar on “Seismic Exploration
Methods,” conducted by Mr. Zareef. The comprehensive session covered a range of topics, including Seismic
Exploration Techniques, Data Acquisition, Data Processing, and Data Interpretation, providing attendees with
a thorough understanding of the subject.
In partnership with Skolar Gate, PetroNile has enriched its educational offerings by conducting a series of
three webinars. The first session offered an insightful introduction to Mud Engineering, laying the
groundwork for expertise in drilling fluid technologies. The second webinar focused on QHSE within the
Oil and Gas Industry, emphasizing the critical importance of maintaining quality, health, safety, and
environmental standards in energy operations. The final one presented an Introduction to Engineering
Project Management in Oil and Gas, providing insights into the strategic execution of industry projects.

The e-learning platform provided by PetroNile allowed me to continue my education in oil and gas during the
lockdown. The flexibility and depth of the courses were impressive, and the interactive sessions were highly
engaging, allowing me to communicate with individuals who have extensive experience in the oil and gas
industry, as well as develop communication methods, obtain information and resources, and identify
prominent institutions in the field.
PetroNile Academy was a game-changer for my career. The knowledge and skills I gained in QHSE have been
invaluable in my role as an environmental engineer. The instructors are very knowledgeable and engaging;
they are industry leaders who understand what it takes to succeed. The content was not only educational but
also practically applicable to professional work. Overall, the experience was highly valued, and the academy
is recommended for those seeking quality training.
