PowerDirector Explination Process...pptx
1. This the editing software that I use to be able to edit all of my videos
on. I use this soft wear because its personally easier for me to
understand and use compared to other apps and media apps like
Cap-Cut, GIMP and Adobe Premiere Rush because I find them
complicated although I've somewhat grown up with Power Director,
the only downside to using this app is that there is a water mark on
the video unless I pay for a subscription to get rid of it
First of all, I needed to get some videos for my
project to put into Power Director to form the video
I have in mind, after getting the video I've needed
to edit it so you would not be able to see that I
recorded from YouTube and seen that I also went
portrait to landscape back to portrait. That needed
to be gone because it would look unprofessional
In order for it to be edited first of all you'll need
to highlight it which leads for the option at the
bottom to crop the video to minimize it making
the video small and compact which also gets rid
of any video mistakes at the start and the
beginning, which makes the clip exactly how I
needed it to turn out.
2. This is an example of what process is
needed to be done to be able to achieve
what I wanted, it can be annoying to edit
because the only downside to this app is
that I need to adjust it with my finger instead
of a mouse curser which can be janky.
Overall, I still manage to overcome this
What I need to use is the Icon called Media to be
able to select the images and or videos that I want
to be able to put them forward into my video
creation. Photos are not reliable because although
they show what is presented, they don’t have any
momentum or don’t really last long ad end up
being pixilated which isn't the most ideal way to
have a movie/documentary
3. This where you are able to see all the videos and or pictures to be able to put into
the movie. However, one main problem I've had with this is that when I've
downloaded something or created something while I have the app open, the app
doesn’t recognize that I've made new things, so it ends up ruining the momentum
of any progress I have, so then I need to save everything I have done then close
the app and then re-open it to then add it in
4. I've decided to change the direction of where my movie is going, I've grown somewhat at a
stopping point of the current movie I want to create a different type of movie, except with the
same concept but different story. This is because I'm not too sure how to achieve the first
idea however, my alternative idea I best believe is better because it's more of an actual
personal experience. I'm going to be basing it off a person who is overweight and comes
across these British youtubers who went from fat to lean (muscular) and it motivates the
main character, the more he watches the more he wants to achieve, getting fitter and
stronger to further better himself instead of consuming content to pass the time, he's using
his time to improve his skills online. We also see the process as he goes from his current
self to his future self. Ill also be including how he comes across similar influencers on
Instagram who not only do fitness and wholesome content which also influences him to be a
better person, he starts to do routines like bruising his teeth more, cleaning and doing face
wash which we'll also see in the process
We will see part of his relationships he has with people, like his brother he goes from being
distant with him and anytime he talks he ignores him but then eventually because of
bettering his self, he relies that he's just trying to be nice and get closer as brothers and
starts to build upon it
