Add the ground pork or chicken and cook until it's no longer pink. Stir in the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and vegetables (carrots, potatoes, red bell pepper, and green peas). Cook until the vegetables are slightly tender. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Set aside to cool.
