The rate of HIV/ Aids among HBCU campuses has risen tremendously over the years.
Many adolescents do not acknowledge the risk and consequences of contracting HIV/
AIDS. HIV has impacted the African American race extremely and affects the
African American culture. The rate of HIV/ Aids had risen between the years of
1992 and 1999, due the expansion of the AIDS case definition in 1993, and as well
as benefits from new combination drug therapies (Thompson Robinson et al.,
2005). African Americans also account for 50% of new HIV/ AIDS cases that are
reported to the Center Of Disease Control and Prevention (Thomas et al., 2008).
Many Historically Black Colleges are located within the south. There is also a
higher risk obtaining HIV for young black people within the south. There are
several reasons correlated around the spread of HIV among HBCU s. Some
examples include, same sex sexual practices (MSM vs. MSW), irresponsible
drinking and drug consumption, and unsafe sex practices. This paper will discuss
and determine why programs should be implemented on HBCU campuses to decline
the rate of HIV among the students. Interaction between same sex individuals has
been a leading cause of high HIV rates among men, but also effects the women who

There are also indications of increased financial fragility. Internationally, fragility
was evident in the run of financial crises that afflicted the global economy in the late
1990s and early 2000s, and it has surfaced again in the recent U.S. sub prime
mortgage crisis that spread to Europe.

financialization process. The last two decades have been marked by rapidly rising
household debt income ratios and corporate debt equity ratios. These developments

These macroeconomic concerns are compounded by concerns about income
distribution. Thus, the era of financialization has witnessed a disconnection of wages

The financialization thesis is that these changes in macroeconomic patterns and
income distribution are significantly attributable to financial sector developments.

capture is also being used in the field of entertainment to animate movies and video
games. We can track human movement through a variety of mechanisms. The

1.1.Definition of Complementizers
Complement clauses, or subordinate clauses, are most of the times preceded by a
special word called Complementizer . Words like that, if, and for are used to
introduce clauses that function as a complement of the matrix verb. The choice of the
verb in the subordi nate clause is related to these complementizers. For instance, the
complementizers that, if and the Arabic complementizer К”anna are used to
introduce finite clauses, while for and the Arabic К”an are, of course, for infinitival
ones.
Our focus in this chapter is going to be on the study of each type of these com
plementizers in isolation.
1.2.Finite complementizers
A finite clause contains a conjugated verb, that is a verb marked for tense, person,
and number. In English, finite clauses have an overt subject. (Marguerite
Mahler:2004). Whereas, a finite clause in Arabic is the clause that has a conjugated
verb in one of the tenses of Arabic ( present, past, and future).
It is well known that the main, or the matrix, clause of a complex sentence must be fi
nite. While, on the other hand, the finiteness of the embedded clause is related
