4. INTRODUCTION
Renting a house is popular activity through walks of life.
Typically students and employees that are moving
temporarily will share house renting activity.
Basically we are initiated to develop this system because
all most all of Debre tabor city employees get suffer about
house renting and forced to leave with their relatives until
they find house that was really difficult to do practically
that’s why we are developing this system today.
