§ From 2005 to 2009, Guillaume worked at Société Générale, first as the European Head of TMT (Technology
Media Telecom) Equity Capital Markets, and then as the Head of Group Liquidity, based in Paris.
§ Since 2012, Guillaume has relocated to London. From 2012 to 2014, he was a Managing Director (M&A) at
Perella Weinberg Partners, in charge of Technology in France and Banks in Europe.
§ In 2015, Guillaume has funded his own Technology Investment Banking boutique, Sarlat Advisory
§ Guillaume has also a 10-year experience in Technology Investment as a Principal:
§ He has been involved with 2 early-stage VC funds: Ventech (Board Member) and Axeleo (Venture Partner).
§ He has been a Founding Partner of a Hedge Fund, Sparta Capital, where he was head of NetZero Investing. He
