The company has been created by M. Guillaume CROMER &
M. Manuel MIROGLIO in 2008 to offer specific & dedicated
tools to the needs of French & international players
committed to tourism.
Now, 4 experts work at SPE Tourism. Based in Paris, it

strategy to final audit, passing engineering, training &

Guillaume Cromer
International expert on sustainable tourism, Guillaume Cromer
worked in France and abroad (Nepal, Kyrgyzstan, Vietnam,
Kenya, Cameroon, etc..) on engineering missions and studies in
sustainable tourism and ecotourism. He regularly participates in
major business & tourism schools in specialized Masters or MBA.
It also trains teachers and professionals BTS Tourism sector on
the issue of sustainable development.
Treasurer of the International Coalition for Responsible Tourism ,
member of the Board of Directors of the World Tourism Expert
Association, member of French Committee for Sustainable
Development of Tourism and the French Association of
Scientific Experts and Tourism, Guillaume Cromer has invested
many years in engineering and sustainable tourism.

Jeanne Brette
Consultant specializing in the Monitoring and Evaluation and Audit of
responsible tourism projects, Jeanne is also a trainer. After creating an
engineering company on tourism and sustainable development, she chose to
join SPE Tourism, to put into practice its strategy of collaboration networks.
His expertise focuses on governance arrangements in multi (North-South). In
France, she applies to the tourism sectors and stakeholders involved in the
development of territories (Master Plans, Agenda 21 ...).
Internationally, Jeanne co-designed and coordinated locally in Madagascar, a
program of Decentralized Cooperation to support sustainable tourism in
partnership with the Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs, the Ile-De-
France region, the city of Antananarivo and a dozen local and international
actors.
With studies in journalism, she was formerly head of section at
Easyvoyage.com, a French portal on tourism and travel, she has evaluated
more than 400 hotels on a grid of 120 criteria, and produced reports on a
twenty destinations areas Europe, Caribbean, Indian Ocean and
Mediterranean.

Daouda Tall
After working in NGOs and co-founded one of the leading travel agencies
specializing in professional responsible tourism in West Africa, Daouda
Tall acquired a very practical field experience. He has led various training
courses focusing on the relationship between sustainable tourism and
local development for the benefit of local actors.
In addition, he has collaborated with organizations and networks of
organizations such as CONCORD Europe, the European NGO
Confederation for Relief and Development at the European Union, and the
Network of National Platforms of NGOs in Africa West and Central Africa.
Consultant specializing in development issues in developing countries
(Africa, Asia, Latin America), Daouda holds Master 2 "International
Cooperation and Development - Risk Management in the Global South"
Sciences Po Bordeaux.
