“ The Wellness Inventory is a foundational wellness tool.” Spas and the Global Wellness Market Stanford Research Institute
Wellness Inventory is profiled in special issue of Military Medicine “Total Force Fitness for the 21st Century: A New Paradigm.” (Aug. 2010) Chosen as an “exemplar” in the Survey of Multidimensional Health and Fitness Indexes. “ It (Wellness Inventory) was chosen as an exemplar because in addition to meeting all the inclusion criteria, it is very comprehensive in nature, is adaptable, and has a strong focus on health rather than disease.”
Your Client’s Experience of the Program
  Taking the Assessment ,[object Object]
There are 10 statements for each dimension - 120 statements total. Each statement describes a wellness action, skill, belief, attitude or awareness. About the Assessment
“ Approach the assessment in Learning Mode, with an attitude of mindfulness and a spirit of self-discovery.”
The Assessment
The Wellness Inventory is both an education tool and an assessment.
Awakening awareness of new possibilities for change.
