Title: Standard Method for Mold Control
Objective: Mold Control.
Step 1: (Printing Section Mold Control)
➢ In printing, we have to maintain proper curing & drying condition to avoid wetness
conditions of print finish goods after all the printing process is complete. After printing
curing machine have to check- example for machine temperature, time, belt speed,
➢ During transportation from printing to our factory goods have to properly cover by
polybag without hole. And also for cover van we are using rain protected Curtain to
protect the goods from bad weather.
Step 2: (On line Mold Control)
➢ Check moisture test of our running production garments. If found moisture level higher
than required then send to curing machine for curing that garments. After curing send to
dryer room for drying for 24 hours. Then, we again check moisture of those garments, if
moisture percentage is under control as per requirement, then we sent it for packing.
Step 3: (Finishing Area Mold Control)
➢ In finishing area, Cannot be kept cartons without pallet, near of window and cooling pad
area. Also we cannot be kept garments in dumpling condition in floor and have to kept
our work area neat & clean.
Step 4: (If found Dirty Spot then how to control mold)
➢ If found dirty spot in garments then have to send those garments to spot removal room
for removing spot. Then sending to curing machine for curing and after that sending to
dryer room for 24 hours for drying those garments. After drying completed we are
sending those garments for packing.
Step 5: (Pre-final / Final Inspection Mold Control)
➢ During pre-final have to check moisture of garments. If found moisture level higher than
required then send to curing machine for curing that garments. After curing send that
garments to dryer room for drying for 24 hours. Then, we again check moisture of those
garments, if moisture percentage is under control as per requirement, then we sent it for
final inspection. And If we found mold in single piece garments during final inspection
then we have to rechecked 100% goods of that PO.
