⚫প্রথমে ইন্টারনাল লট থথমে ননয়ে অনুযায়ী থেনিে গ্রহন েরমে।
⚫First take the fabric according to the rules from the internal lot.
⚫GSM থেে এেং থেড েযান্ড তৈনর েরার জনয ১০০% থরাল থথমে ননয়ে অনুযায়ী থেনিে
োটমে এেং থেড েযান্ড তৈনর েরমে।
⚫To create GSM checks and shade bands, 100% roll will cut the fabric according to the rules and create shade bands.
⚫অৈঃপর থেড গ্রুপ অনুযায়ী থেনিে আলাদা েরমে থযেনঃ গ্রুপ-A, গ্রুপ-B, গ্রুপ-C ইৈযানদ।
⚫Then, according to the Shade Group, the fabric will be separated, such as Group- A, Group-B, Group-C etc.

⚫According to the group on the shade band board, the batch numbers, roll numbers, rolls Quantity, and the total
kgs will be mentioned and the report will be created & its copy send to cutting concern.

থেমডর থেনিে গ্রহন েরমে এেং োনটং এর োযেক্রে সম্পন্ন েরমে, এে PO-থৈ এে
গ্রুমপর থেড থােমৈ হমে।
⚫Prior to cutting, follow the PO sheet and order quantity & collect the fabric in one shade for one group then
complete the cutting operation, For one PO maintain one group of shade.

⚫If you do not have a matching shade, you will get to know the merchandiser and send it back to the supplier.

⚫The sewing authority will accept rib or pipine with the elastic sheds & make mock up which should contain
responsible GPQ signature.

ERP system.

⚫Randomly label from different bundles and will check the shade.
⚫এযাপ্রুি থেমডর অন্তিু েক্ত সেল নহট সীল থলমেল থেড অনুযায়ী আলাদা েমর নরমপাটে
তৈনর েরমে এেং োমেেনডাইজার ও প্রনেউরমেন্ট নেিামগ জানামে।
⚫All heat seal labels in the approved Shade will create reports separately according to the label shed and report them in
the merchandiser and procurement department.
⚫থেড অনুযায়ী থটার েৈতপক্ষমে নহট সীল থলমেল েুনিময় নদমৈ হমে।
⚫According to the shade of heat seal label, handover to store concern.
⚫থটার থথমে নহট সীল থলমেল এটাচ্ েৈতপক্ষ থেড অনুযায়ী থলমেল েুমি ননমে এেং এে
PO-থৈ এেই থেমডর নহট সীল থলমেল এটাচ্ েরমে।
⚫From the store, the heat seal label concern will take label according to the shade and in one PO will attached one shade
heat seal label.
⚫সেল প্রোর নরমপাটে েেপমক্ষ ছয় (০৬) োস পযেন্ত সংরক্ষন েরমৈ হমে।
⚫All types of reports must be stored for at least six (06) months.
