● Literally all industries have been hit by the pandemic, some more than others
therefore it’s not really business as usual.
● There is a need for everyone of us to accommodate this change and to reinvent
processes and our general approach to Tech Talent Acquisition.
● Targeted talent sourcing has become even much more important.
● Recruiters now need to be better acquainted with the business so you can answer
any question that is thrown at you.
