Tim Chan is cofounder of HelloReporter & HelloPR, a tech-oriented PR startup, for startups. Through technology, we reinvent the traditional PR process to make it affordable to Startups & SMEs. He is AppWorks (Taiwan's largest accelerator) alumni and also incubatee of Cyberport & Google EYE. His previous venture received seed investment from Telerik, a Silicon Valley investor.
