marketing executive to principal consultant. Established
Manpower Group’s Elan IT BU Nordic resource channels,
founded the 1st Nordic social recruitment agency (later sold
to VMP Group).
Authored several books (in Finnish) around and about social
media, e.g. Työnhakuopas, Suhteellinen Rekrytointiteoria,
Henkilöbrändi, Linkedin MegaGuide
Over 700 social media trainings during the past few years
across Europe, Russia, Ukraine, Middle East and Asia.
