Strategic Planning

            • “Individual commitment to a great effort – that is
what makes a team work, a company work, a
              civilization work.”
              Vince Lombardi
            • “If you don’t know where you are going, then any

What is Strategic Planning?
                     • The process of defining a strategy
for an organization with the greatest
                       possible knowledge of its
                       environment and context.
                     • A written list of the action needed to
                       carry out the plan.
                     • A method for monitoring the results
                       achieved through the plan.
