TWG - Indianapolis Territory Targeting Empty Nesters was easy using open air floral merchandising for McNamara Marketplace. This stimulated the senses and color blocked the product to increase sales.
3. WAM Training Events for XM Radio 2006- 2008 TWG trained Wal-Mart Associates and Management in over 12 Markets for the XM Xpert challenge. Incredible results happen when TWG helps promote Museums and Re-enactment Groups, Youth Groups and Art Associations. Program Merchandising Compliance WAM Merchandising Compliance challenges for 2006: There were many messy new MOD installs by the third party contractor HGDS, compounded by a summer of management transitions. I successfully overcame the challenges left by HGDS and found extra merchandising opportunities for growth amidst the newly placed management. Merchandising Compliance for Crossmark 2005: Cross Mark Clients needed strict product merchandising compliance for Consumer Awareness with Health and Safety guidelines.
5. 3. Territory Management and Expense Control WAM Program Success: Not only did I overcome major challenges and maintained merchandising compliance for a territory of 146 stores. I was able to visit uncovered stores, scheduled installs for new stores, plus trained new management and associates using the XM Xpert program. I did all this within budget because of a 7 week rotation using routing software.
