A) Advisor to manufacturing and technology-driven industries. My roles vary from steering Sourcing Strategy to operational re-structuring, SOP documentation and ERP implementation, working in consort with Mr Sanjay Das, Chief Mentor at Metier Advisory. Since 2009, we have helped unlock large capacities, to achieve as much as 200% turnover within a year, in the full-service manufacturing as well as support-services sector. The Mentoring and Interim Management Programs of Metier Advisory form the core of such empowerment.
