2. • Working as MEP engineer.
• Coordination with consultants and internal architects for MEP drawings &
BOQs
• Coordination/Inspection of MEP works at sites & ensuring processes
• Execution of M.E.P services (Electrical, Lift, Plumbing, Firefighting, water
supply, sewerage, Home automation etc.)
• Preparation of B.O.Qs (Bills of quantities).
• Preparation of weekly report in respect to all M.E.P related services
• Checking the drawing prepared for plumbing works and up to some extent
should able to prepare the drawing by own
• Checking / certifying the bills submitted by Contractor
• All design co ordination with consultants and execution team at site for PHE fire
related , Rain water harvesting , Storm water drainage , Recycling of water , STP
, WTP operations co ordination with Vendors for smooth functioning of site.

Electrical related , HT , LT Works, Internal /External , RMU ,complete co
ordination with Vendors for smooth functioning of site.
• Certify running bills of contractors as per their quality and site execution records
and market balance scope.
