履歷祕技

每一個小細節都是勝出的關鍵
▸往往在你覺得還好不用特別寫的地方,就是把你推向面試大
門的決勝助力,請不要以差不多先生的態度來寫履歷
▸有時不是你經歷優秀就會上,沒上也不用覺得自己能力不足
,面試官挑選標準可能不是你想像的那樣,優秀的經歷可能
是其中一個因素而已
▸例如:這個工作很操,面試官在相同條件下會挑選年輕的
肝。
▸例如:同事已有很棒的XX能力,故挑選來面試的人會以
互補的能力為主。

知己知彼,百戰百勝
▸要寫履歷前,請先揣摩面試者想要的人才特質為何!
▸可以在104多儲存幾個類似的工作,把工作敘述所需的能力列下來,盡
量寫進去履歷內(可沒事把104當臉書逛XD)
▸多看LinkedIn,看可不可以找到這份工作同事的履歷,看他們經歷為何
▸想辦法找到在這間公司上班或面試過的人,詢問他們
▸利用PTT問,有些有面試過的可以私訊他們
▸在同產業工作的朋友,可能會知道這間公司概況或認識要面試公司的
人,可以詢問看看
▸我以前在找公司相關資訊時會參考產業價值鏈資訊平台,有興趣了解可以
參考(連結)

人資打電話來......或是一直沒下文......
▸記得記好投的公司的職位內容是啥,有些會打來通知面試時
間,最好是可以電話中就直接詢問職缺狀況、面試需要著正
式服裝嗎、面試流程為何等
▸若投遞約兩週後都沒下文,可以禮貌性寫信或打電話詢問進
度狀況,若可以請留下對方名字與電話以便日後聯繫(可以
多認識一個朋友是好事,日後可以請教對方,搞不好日後對
你職涯會有幫助也不一定)

做完公司職位背景搜尋後,可以準備更新履歷表了!
▸記得!不要一份履歷投多個公司要照著不同公司職位細節客製
化履歷!(跟追女友道理一樣,你追每任女朋友應該不會相同
手法亂槍打鳥吧?這樣中的機率就不高!除非你非常帥啦QA

▸履歷表不是越多資訊越好,盡量連同自傳塞在1-3頁內。(人
資每天要看那麼多履歷,脾氣暴躁下,哪有那麼多時間慢慢看
一堆廢話,請講重點就好)
▸為了避免被關鍵字篩掉!盡量把這工作所需的關鍵字塞進去!
▸例如:PMP證照,沒有的話也可以寫說:具有PMP證照相
關知識之類的。

▸沒相關的經歷請不要放上去,若覺得很加分的,應該要想為
何會加分,是表達了什麼意涵
▸例如:應徵RD卻寫辦過大型活動,那可能要寫成:曾擔任
總召負責舉辦人次高達X2301人的XX活動,大受好評,協
調相關部門能力佳 —>把重點引導到RD可能需要的能力去
(像是協調相關部門能力佳,搞不好這職位是要之後能擔
任RD主管的人才,他就會眼睛一亮!)

▸你的姓名
▸聯絡電話(若有限制撥打時間須註明)
▸地址(請不要留太詳細的地址!!!尤其是女生,若人資
是變態可能可以知道你住哪,留個大概如:台北市中山區
XX路三段就好)
▸電子信箱

▸摘要:把最厲害最吸引人的經歷用段落文字寫在一開始
▸大約三行就好,不要多!
▸目的為引起人資繼續閱讀的興趣!
▸揣摩人資想看到的人才所需能力來寫,畢竟找人進來就是
想要他可以貢獻,要寫出你能為公司貢獻什麼東西

▸工作經驗:依照時間,最近的擺在最前面
▸若有故事性會引發人資興趣
▸像是親人同事遭遇XX事,導致你有什麼感觸讓你現在朝這方
面特別努力或鑽研之類的
▸條列式呈現,請不要用文字段落呈現,人資很忙很懶得看!!
▸請數據化過往戰績,並強化你在裡面的角色之重要性
▸NG—>參與XX專案
▸讚讚—>參與XX專案後,仔細研究並將SOP加以改良,最後
XX產出比過往增加了34%

▸剛出社會可以寫求學過程的豐功偉業
▸出社會很久請寫學校名稱跟科系與求學時間就好(我還曾
看過寫高中豐功偉業的,拜託太久遠的請別再提當年勇,
很厲害像是當國手之類的再拿出來在自傳中輕輕說嘴)

▸優良事蹟:拿過啥專業證照、語言檢定與得啥獎
▸專業證照不是每個人都知道是啥,請寫出其價值,例如:
具備XX證照資格,此證照全台只有5個人有,擁有此證照
的人代表具備XX條件,能夠做XX事。
▸語言檢定請寫出分數或通過級數,例如:不要只寫個
TOEIC...(真的有人會這樣寫...),請寫TOEIC 860分
▸得獎請簡單講一下此獎價值,凸顯你多厲害
▸以上若有照片我覺得可以附在副件中,有證書也請附上

▸技能
▸噢...會Word、Excel這種的就不用寫了,跟每個人都會吃飯
一樣,除非你會進階功能,如:Excel你會自已寫程式之類
的。
▸看工作需要什麼技能,能盡量寫就盡量寫,例如:影音剪
輯軟體其實上手很快,管他有沒有精通,有用過就可以寫
上去,設計軟體也可以比照辦理。先騙到門票再去惡補也
可。因為有幸進去的話應該也會教才對(看工作性質我不
保證喔)。

▸興趣
▸主要是看人格特質用的,像PM可能要朝很會處理瑣事或是
管理之類的興趣來想你的興趣要寫什麼
▸請寫能表現你積極向上或是耐操之類的正面特質,例如:
爬山(可能有暗示你外向、喜歡挑戰的特質),但請不要
寫了一座山都沒爬過,到最後面試若被問就...
▸看電影、睡覺、吃美食這種...恩...自己知道就好XD

▸若有作品集可以放到網路上,提供連結附上去,我自己認
為會比單純附件來的感覺高級一點XD
▸作品集可以是寫過的文章、網路上可搜尋到的已發表論文
、或是設計作品(請放到聚集設計人作品的網站上)等,
只要可以加分的都可以放上去。
▸要用Google Drive放也是可以
▸連結請設短網誌,讓它看起來簡潔清爽,推薦:bit.ly

▸若有在產業厲害的長輩,或是前公司的主管老闆願意推薦
你,在徵求他們同意後,可以放上他們的職稱與電話以供
應徵公司徵詢他們對你的看法
▸同輩的同事...基本上是沒有放的價值喔

▸以一眼就可清楚知道重點為目標,排版清爽乾淨很重要!
▸做好後請再給朋友看過,給意見和挑錯字,自己看會有盲點
▸履歷儲存時請存成:姓名_履歷表.pdf,請勿繳交word檔

COVER LETTER(好像沒中文名…)最好也寫一下
!
▸他就是夾帶你的履歷到應徵的公司的信,在台灣好像比較不受重
視一點...
▸簡單用履歷內的摘要改寫就好,寫出為何要聘請你的原因
▸簡單寫出應徵原因(為何對此職務有興趣?)
▸我的話我會寫:在看到此職位介紹時,我認為這就是我想要做
的工作,我認為我的能力也可以勝任此份工作的挑戰。
▸書寫要有禮貌!!
▸例如:用您和結尾寫祝福語,禮多人不怪!
▸有興趣深入寫可以再參考這篇(連結)

自傳要怎麼寫?
▸拜託不要寫你家有誰,幾乎每個人都有一個爸爸媽媽...簡單寫
啥家庭背景造就你什麼人格特質就好
▸每個段落最一開始要有這段落重點,一句話說明!
▸如:在XX公司擔任PM三年,使我對於此產業十分了解
▸如:替XX公司創造了XX營業額,並改良XX流程
