Having launched as a one-man, freelance operation in early 2009; The X Factor Agency™ Founder & President, Adam Haroun had one simple goal – provide solo entrepreneurs and small business owners with quality design at a fair price. While the business began small, Adam quickly grew a loyal and expanding client base through networking, creative marketing, and raving referrals. As the business grew and grew into a full-time practice, Adam also realized that his clients had one common problem holding their businesses back, and that his business couldn’t solve as a simple freelance designer – bad design was often nothing more than an external symptom of a weak (or non-existent) brand;
