Angelica Fontana, service designer. I am currently Lead Designer at Sketchin Design Studio, where I run user research activities and I facilitate co-design processes to define service and interaction design solutions. I am a lecturer in Service Design and Design Futures at Naba and Domus Academy. I am co-author of futurish cards, a generative card deck that can be used to envision future scenarios and artefacts.
