My academic background is in satisfiability and constraint programming / combinatorial optimisation (PhD), and since then I've had a strong interest in machine learning, data analytics and general operations research. I have years of experience in a variety of languages and technologies (C#, Python, Scala, C++ and some Java), both in professional, personal and open-source projects, and am most interested in both doing and enabling large scale quantitative/algorithmic work with clear commercial value.
