15+ years of experience in the design, development and delivery of training and education solutions. I have established a reputation for excellent organizational, presentation and interpersonal skills. In my current role, I consult with stakeholders at all levels of the organization to develop and execute blended solutions that best fit the needs of the learners while achieving the desired corporate objectives. Blended solutions include virtual training, coaching, online modules, job aids, manuals and videos. All solutions integrate with an LMS to track and measure effectiveness of the initiative.
