Current Focus: Leading a team of consultants to spearhead the design system revolution as InVision’s Director of Design Systems Consulting. Previously: As Design Principal of IBM Cloud, I led design transformation efforts and managed design teams towards adopting the Carbon Design System for over 200+ cloud apps.
