In order to achieve this, my main focus is toward enabling a cultural change towards establishing delivery focused, knowledge creating environments founded on the tenets of self-empowerment, self-organisation and continuous improvement. I believe in the need to enable innovation across boundaries between the business and IT, as well as across company silos (Business Unit and Team based silos). My goal is to constantly evolve the way we work as professionals in the IT industry.
