As a cognitive psychologist in clinical and experimental research settings for more than 18 years, I have monitored conceptual and technological progress in cognitive disability assessment and remediation. Mobile technology and customizable interfaces have transformed assistive technology into m-enabling devices, to enhance intellectual and functional self-reliance and improve relations between caregivers/providers and clients.
