I'm a Strategy Director with experience in branding, ethnographic research and customer experience design. In a former life I founded social enterprises. Now is the most exciting time to work in strategy. Technology is radically changing the way people live at such a rapid pace, that to stay relevant, brands need to be continuously reinventing themselves and how they create value for people.
