À propos
I help customers and students perfect their agile software development skills, through classes, courses, coding dojos but also coaching and mentoring. I help Scrum teams progress using something I call Scrum Pulse. We identify where they are now, find their possible next steps in evolving as a group, and how to enhance their skills in developing software.
My classes and dojos always involves pair programming, address topics such as clean code, OO analysis, refactoring and system thinking as well as test-driven development and facilitating retrospectives.
