Togther with team are responsible for service electronization strategy and service delivery modernization initiatives, recently - for Baltic and EU crossborder cooperation and eGovernment promotion & dissemination initiatives. Working on National eGovernment Benchmark - "Latvia's E-index". During Latvian Presidency in EU Council Deputy Chairman of the Telecommunications and Information Society Working Party. Passionate promoter of benefits and tools provided by eGovernment and potential of open and collaborative government. Always open and ready to engage with other government and non-government organizations in Latvia and across borders.
