Owner/Founding Partner + Creative Director, of award-winning Toronto agency Barrett and Welsh. Was jury co-chair for Marketing’s inaugural multicultural awards. He has created campaigns for: Canada, India, the Greater China Market, the Philippines, Indonesia, Korea, New Zealand, the US and the UK. His first jobs were: door-to-door market researcher, poet, pharmaceutical sales manager (not a euphemism) and musical production manager. None of them paid well so he went on to a more satisfying career as entrepreneur, writer, designer, art director and creative director. In pursuit of big ideas he has: nibbled on pigs' ears (not on a live pig at the time); gone elephant-back in the Thai.
