I look at what people do, listen to what people say, and learn what people feel to understand how to create great, user-centric digital products. I collaborate with users, stakeholders, technologists, and creatives to transform common goals into effective solutions. My expertise is in the areas of user-centered research, information architecture, interface design, front end development, usability testing, and SharePoint. I believe in giving back to the UX community and proudly serve as the Secretary of the Board for the DC Chapter of the User Experience Professionals Association.
