Sylvia Nasser is a certified personal trainer and fitness instructor through the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA) and a certified Holistic Health Coach, accredited through Purchase College, at the State University of New York, as well as The American Association of Drugless Practitioners (AADP). She also has a Bachelor of Science in Business Management/Political Science and a Master of Science in Technological Systems Management from the State University of New York at Stony Brook.
