Typically I'm invited in by creative agency leaders who are concerned their account management teams aren't expanding existing client business by proactively identifying and solving client challenges, presenting new ideas that'll help their clients grow and ensuring the agency is always adding value. Some are worried they are spending far too much on pursuing new business leads when they know there is potential to up-sell and cross sell other services to existing clients and seek referrals. Others see their account managers have frequent opportunities to sell more services but don't have the confidence or sales skills to do so.
