À propos
I am an academic librarian, whose current focus is on supporting researchers as they prepare for REF2021.
I have experience in senior and middle management in five university libraries, and have also worked for Jisc, the NCGE, and the HEA. The latter two organisations provided a valuable focus on employability and learning & teaching issues, complementing my experience in research support.
I have regularly pioneered the implementation of new technologies and resources, with a focus on their use to enhance service development and delivery. I have contributed to the wider profession by writing, editing, speaking, and through committee membership.
