Hands-on data scientist. I’m an applied statistician by training with technical experience that includes all stages of model development from research and implementation to A/B testing. Leadership experience includes hiring, managing and leading a team of 20+ data scientists and leading cross-functional projects at a fast-growing start-up (Stitch Fix). Broad experience including tech (Google, Netflix) and finance (GETCO, Morgan Stanley). I am excited by applications of data that differentiate businesses, and by leading and scaling teams of data scientists.
