The principal of Bluestar Properties, Inc., Jeffrey Pikus, prepared for his career in the real estate industry by earning a bachelor’s degree in finance with honors. Like his grandfather, who played football at Duquesne University, Jeffrey also played football in college. As a result of Jeffrey's efforts to inform Duquesne of their oversight in honoring his grandfather's accomplishments on the gridiron, his grandfather was soon after inducted into the Duquesne University Sports Hall of Fame just before his 79th birthday. Mr. Pikus is committed to multiple philanthropic causes in the community.
