I'm an engineering leader who believes that small, high-performance teams can accomplish amazing things. Great leaders are measured by how well they build their teams, amplify the strengths of each team member, and deliver high impact results for their business. I strive to meet these ideals and thrive in environments where both learning and success are celebrated. I'm currently a Director of Engineering for Discovery & Playback Services at Netflix, a group that develops and runs the critical API systems powering the Netflix streaming experience. Prior to Netflix, I explored the impact technology could have on education as a TFA teacher, and then traveled from startup to national lab.
